Gavin was a young man in the military for the United States, deployed abroad on a mission he understood little about. After being captured by enemies he was subject to mental and physical torture, and ultimately turned into a walking medical experiment. He gained the ability to move and manipulate metal objects up to the size of a small vehicle at a max. Doing so, left him with a strenuous headache, nose bleeds, and blackouts. One day, he was turned loose. At least that's what he supposed had happened. He woke up in his one bedroom apartment back in Gotham City and wasn't sure if it was all a dream. He reported to his old workplace to find it all abandoned. Finally he decided to go to a doctor and they found a small tumor or growth in his brain. There were no medical records on file, so they had to create a new one for him. He's been living life one day at a time with the help of the drink to coast him through his memories since then. Before the tower fell, he began using his new found abilities to help people in need. Now, he was starting a resistance against their new found enemies, the builders.
