Cielo’s most common look is that one that looks just sloppy enough to be a bit scruffy but also just put together enough that it probably took a lot of work to look that way. But it didn’t. Usually he rolls out of bed, brushes his hair half-heartedly, then tosses on whatever clothes are closest to him, and which haven’t been worn for more than a day or so. He’s often seen with a relaxed smile across his lips, or a thoughtful look. He is usually clean shaven, but often will get a little scruffy around the edges.
He’s got spiderbite piercings on the left side of his lower lip. ‘LIVE FREE’ is tattooed across his fingers, for obvious connotations, and an anchor tattooed on the back of each hand, to remind him to thank those who anchor him. Across his chest is tattooed ‘Love is my weapon’, hands setting a dove free over his heart, a full moon on his right shoulder for beginnings, a new moon on his left shoulder for endings, a live tree under the full moon, and a dead one under the new moon, a band under each bicep, a yin-yang on each elbow, a black bird under each yin-yang, the greek symbol for beginning on his right forearm, the greek symbol for end on his left forearm, an intricate sleeve on his right arm, a treble clef on his right thigh, a bass clef on his left thigh, and a peace sign on his left foot.

In wolf form, Cielo looks a bit more like a coyote than a wolf, with a light red-brown undercoat and black marbling in an almost-saddle across his back.

Relaxed is a good word for Cielo, which is a bit strange coming from a withdrawn and strict family, but he does as he will. That’s a pretty good estimate for Cielo; while laid back and impulsive, he does as he will, and is irreparably stubborn. Despite this, he tends to get along with people very well and loves to make friends and be social. He’s something of a drifter around town despite always bedding down at the Oxford Mansion, and is known for being something of a friend to all living thing. He puts in a lot of work at the larger community gardens throughout the city and loves both gardening and animals, always speaking to them when he works with them. The animal shelters around town mostly know him by name, because gardens and animals and tattoos are some of the only things he can really commit to. Those things and music, his guitar and his voice. He’s got a hard time committing to anything, always theorizing and making big plans and then leaving them to sit half (or not near) finished.

The youngest of the Oxfords who remained in Cereus, Cielo lived the average life of an upperclass boy. As a child he was sent to Cereus’ private academy and was raised in an attempt to keep him as focused on his studies as possible. However, by the time he was twelve, it was more than obvious that his differences with his family ran deeper than appearance, and he ran away for a total of two months. At thirteen he got a legal job watching the family’s gardening staff, then filed for legal emancipation, showing that he had the means to be living somewhere independently on the money he was making and showing that he was more than self sufficient. This is perhaps the only thing that saved him from being dragged along with the family when they moved North in search of better land. He’s been living with the rest of his pack in the mansion again now that there’s more space to really live inside it.
