Neo Rocket, is a criminal organization modeled after the now dissolved, Team Rocket. No one is really sure when their criminal activity began, but their name began to be serialized two years ago. The deal manly in the areas of theft, and illegal transportation of goods, but have also been known to run many other under world trades, and are possibly funded my legitimate business corporations and dealings. At the head of all of this is the founder and leader of Neo Rocket, known only as Black Boss.

Under the Black Boss are the NR Executives. They are heads of Neo Rockets individual faculties, and possess stronger Pokemon than other Neo Rocket members. They are the intellectual heads of NR. They generally head their own crew of Grunts.

Under the Executives are the NR Elitist. They are given their position for their skill in Pokemon battles. Though they hold less authority then Executives, they have much stronger Pokemon. They are a special task force that fall under Black Boss' command.

The majority of NR is made up of grunts. They are the foot soldiers of Neo Rocket and most of the driving force behind theirs crimes. Their level of skill varies, and all Elitist started out as Grunts, but were promoted because of their skill and success.
