Appearance Miriel is a small women, barely four feet tall, with a light physique to match. She is often mistaken for a child due to this, it used to annoy her to no end, but she has gotten quite used to it and even uses it to her advantage sometimes. Other then that she is very ordinary looking, and she blends in quite well. Essentially this would allow her to continue for as long as her stamina holds out without actually flying.

Personality Description
Miriel is quite a calculating rather frightening person with a controlling streak who gets the job done, that being said she is very good at hiding it. and she does have a happier more carefree attitude once her guard is down. she is quite willing to change the plan midmission in necessary, being not particularly good at longer term planning, she does not have too many plans in advance, and she tends to think on the fly. Outwardly her personality is whatever she wants it to be, perfectly adapting.
She is also quite Arrogant, although she hides it carefully, and she enjoys inflicting pain and suffering on those she sees as deserving of it.

She looks like a little girl and, well to be blunt she sometimes uses that so that she can also act like a little girl however this is only because some people are rather.. trusting with a seven year old like that, she simply uses it to gain information.

Bio/History Miriel had a happy childhood, her parents were in love, she was an excellent student in school, etc. At first once they realized she had stopped growing they were worried, however when doctors offered to correct her height Miriel refused rather strongly and well, her parents let her, once she was in highschool she realized that perhaps that had been a bit of a mistake, but it was a little too late. Her family was not exactly rich, and she was too old for the correction to be easy or cheap, her celestine abilities alone had not been cheap to get, so she was short and small still.
Over the years she lived with it, got through school, fascinated by Amp gear, she got through college as a physics major by age 17, to be honest she had been slacking a bit and not fully applying herself thanks to all of her other interests. She got by with writing, her books explaining new theories in the physics world, and commentary selling fairly well. After her parents died when she was 20, murdered she started training to use her abilities a bit more.. creatively, partially because she found she liked to do so for some reason, and partially due to money issues. Eventually after several kills as an independent assassin she got the attention of the red society when she killed a rather prominent politician with massive amounts of security, to this day she refuses to tell anyone how exactly she managed it and with that she joined the society at 25. and well, that was that, she just became a member, and will see what life brings her in the future.
