Setting
One of many bars in New York City, the only thing that sits this one apart from the others, is it's unique name decor. The owner is very old and so the bar's decor has taken on vintage classic look; similar to old bars of the 1900's. The name is sort of a play on the owner's nickname, "Sweet-tooth Carl". However this man is far from Rainbows and cotton candy. He is a big burly man, who earned his name for his love of candy and a punch so strong, it is guaranteed to knock a few teeth out. He started this bar after he retired from his life of crime, it is now a popular place amongst criminals and other civilians in the Coney Slums.
