Image
Full Name:
Christopher Blaine Dawson

Nicknames:
Chris, C.D., Dawss

Age:
17

Gender:
Male

Sexual Orientation:
Straight

Brief Description:
Christopher has light blonde hair, bleached slightly from the sun that falls in a light sweep around his head when it grows out. His eyes are a grey blue, sensitive to sun that complement his tanned peach skin. His build is strong, toned from years of sports and training and he doesn't have much body fat, thanks to his parents. He is about 6'1, and a bit naturally lanky.

Personality:
Christopher earns an honest living, learning to take care of himself at a young age. When ever he wanted something, even as a kid, he would have to find his own way to earn the money to buy it, and not rely on anyone else. Because of this, he can be independent, but he is not a loner. He does like socializing, so long as nothing rude is said. Out of nature, he is a gental man, always putting others before himself in cases where someone could get hurt, but at the same time, he can be stubborn. He likes to do the right thing, even if it seems bad at the time, and has learned how to do that. He has an outgoing way of life, always turning things into better ones than usual. He has a gentle straight forward approach to everything and is not known to be quiet. He likes to keep moving, keep his hand busy and himself distracted from what is going on at home.

Not so Skills:
-Talking to strangers
-Sympathizing with people crying
-Writing
-Spelling
-Football

Secrets:
1. When Chris was 15, and his younger sister Hannah was 13, they snuck out of the house and stole their parents car. Chris was suposed to drive, but Hannah wanted to, so he let her. They went to a four way intersection, and she didn't know what to do. She drove to the middle of the street, and when she was about to turn, they got rammed by a truck from her side. She died, and he broke a leg and an arm. To this day, he still thinks it's his fault, and is blamed by his parents.
2. Chris's parents only got married because he was born. For as long as he can remember, they have been fighting. His mom then leaves for the day and goes to work, not to get back until around 11 at night. Usually when Chris gets back from school, his dad is home and drunk. He attacks Chris, punching him, cutting him with a knife or shoving him into a china cabinet and bruising him. He hasn't ever told anyone, always making up some type of excuse.
3. One time when Chris got desperate for money, he broke into the house of the school principal and took all the money.

History:
Chris was born to a poor family, lacking in money and support for the children. He was raised learning how to take care of himself, to sell things he owned or to create things he could sell. He would get any job he could, mowing lawns, babysitting, house cleaning, dog walking. Any job you had, he would take and that's how he has been his whole life in this town.

Other:
Chris has an allergy to being cold. It gives him hives.

Christopher walked into school, his head tilted down with his eyes pointed at the floor. How late was he? He didn't know, but it didn't matter. He heard another buzz, one of many, and ignored it. He didn't understand why he was getting any; he hadn't been in town over the summer, and he hadn't texted anyone from school in months, but apparently, someone really wanted to get a hold of him.

Chris walked quickly through the hallway, making his way to his locker. On his third try, he got it opened and stuffed his backpack in, grabbing his phone and opening up the messages. As he began to read, his hand went up to his left eye, feeling the large welt around it that he was sure would soon be black and blue, and thinking of the matching welts he would get on his stomach and chest. As Chris was about to put his phone back in his locker, not really have reading the texts, the name of the sender caught his eye. It was unknown.

Reluctantly, he re-read the texts and went pale instantly. But what did he have to hide? The it his him, and he realized what a bad day it was to have gotten in a fight with his dad. He gave out a slight grunt, looking around at the other students in the hallway. He pushed his phone into his back pocket, and started digging into his backpack looking for his new schedule.

Christopher came up empty handed from his bag search, not finding his schedule, but instead grabbing his phone the second it vibrated again and checking his knew text. "What did you do this Summer? Get beaten by Daddy, or rob your Principal? xx - A" Chris paled even more. "What the hell?" He muttered under his breath, starting to type a reply.

Who the heck is this?, it was all he could bother to type, before looking around the hallway. His eye started hurting more, and he could tell it was bruising. He slammed his locker shut out of confusion, before realizing he needed to re open it. Sighing, he did, finding his schedule in the front, moving from in his backpack to out because of the door slam. He picked it up and gazed over it, deciding he would just wait for fourth period.

Madison pulled out her phone to find one new text from 'A'. Something about creating a scene at the bonfire tonight.Of course Mads was planning to go, but she didn't understand the task. What kind of scene? She decided to respond to the message.

Send to: 'A'
Message: What do you mean create a scene? What do you want us to do?

She didn't really feel like going to class, there was no way she could focus on anything now. Walking slowly down the empty hallways, Mads thought about all the things A could know. There were way to many possibilities.

A little ways down the hallway another person was looking for something in their locker. She seemed to remember his name was Christopher, they had had a few classes together before but she didn't really know him all that well. "Don't feel like going to class either?" She asked, walking over to him and leaning back against the locker next to his.

Christopher looked up at Madison, confused as to if she was talking to him. "Uh no," he said, a half smile coming to his face as he reached into his pocket to grab his phone because it had just vibrated. Another text. Great. He scanned it quickly, letting out a slight groan and pocketed the phone. "So," he started, making eye contact and flashing his smile. "Are you going to the party tonight?" He asked, interested to hear her response, keeping calm on the outside.

But on the inside, he was freaking out. How was he suposed to go to that party? Sure, he knew about it and where it was and all, and had even been invited-kinda- but that didn't mean he had intensions of going. But I have to. No one can know, he thought, mentally frowning, yet still smiling on the outside. How his night was going to go; that was the question. What type of scene could he cause? Then he remembered Madison, and his smile widened more.

Madison watched as he checked is phone. It must have been something bad because he groaned and didn't even bother answering. "That doesn't sound good" she said pointing to the phone. If he was getting texts from 'A' too then maybe he knew who she was. There was no way he could know less the Madison did.

The party was part of her plan all along, but after 'A's message, it was a necessity to attend. She stood up a little straighter and smiled back at him as his smile widened. "You're going too right?" Most people were going, or at least most people were talking about going. Who knew if they really would or not.

Zaria groaned at A's reply. There had to be some sort of legal loophole for this right? But what would bring politics and that sort of crap into it do other than screw everything else up more? Exasperated, Zaria left class and headed to lunch.

She grabbed an apple and a bottle of water, her appetite lost from the day's events. She looked around at all of the other students here. Which one was A? Was it possible for such a cold, heartless person to even exist? Annoyed, she walked right past the pay line, and hoped the lunch lady hadn't seen her. She wasn't exactly planning on paying for her lunch anyway. Stealing things just made her all tingly inside, it gave her an adrenaline rush instead of terror like her breakdowns brought. It was fun and something daring, something somebody like her should do.

The short teen saw two familiar faces at a table and quickly joined them. It was the laws of nature after all- safety in numbers. "Hey, hey! Does somebody wanna buy me a balloon?" she asked, setting her food on the table. She pulled out her chair and sat down, almost missing the seat.

"Yeah," Christopher said, racking his mind for a cover for the text. "Mother's sick," he said, pretend shrugging it off, the smile remaining on his face. He knew it was his best feature, the one thing that seemed to intrest people, other than his blue eyes, and he would be sure to use it again tonight. "Yeah I think I am," he wondered if he should go so far as to try to get her to go with him. That could help to cause a scene.

"But, I don't know if I should. I mean, I have no one to go with." Christopher said, keeping eye contact. That was good, right?

He turned to the other girl, recognizing her from passings in the hallways. "A balloon?"

Madison thought about it for a minute, it would be easier to create a scene if she had someone to use in it. But he seemed like a nice guy, and if 'A' wasn't texting him too then using him would just make her a terrible person. Maybe an apology afterwards would help. "You should definitely go! We could go together, if you want." Madison said with a smile. She still hadn't decided if he would be a part of her 'scene' but there was still plenty of time to figure that out later.

She looked up as Zaria sat down. "Depends, whats the balloon for?" Mads asked as she threw her bag over the back of her chair.

Christopher smiled to Madison. He really hoped she was also getting the texts, that she also needed to create a scene, but he couldn't just come out and ask her, for all he knew that would be against the rules, and that would also bring up the question of what his secret was, he couldn't handle that. "Yes, we should go together." He replied, an earnest look to his face. "When does it start?" He added on, forgetting the details.

"To make me happier and then I can suck in the helium and have a high pitched squeaky voice," Zaria replied quickly, opening her water bottle and taking a gulp. "I heard there was-er, is a... party tonight. Are you two going?" She really hoped that they were. But if they weren't, are they too were A's subjects, then was she really safe at all?

Zaria took a bite of her apple and looked at them anxiously. She still had to figure out what sort of a scene to cause. How extreme or mild should it be? There was just the challenge of actually getting herself to go too.

"Oh then I'll totally get you a balloon! But I call half of the helium." She said and laughed. Right, the party. "Yeah we're both going. You are too right?" she said. If all of 'A's acquaintances were creating scenes, it might be harder to come up with something original. It would be a whole lot easier to figure out who else got the messages though, and 'A' would have to be there to see who did the task and who didn't, right? "Uh, I don't really know, I'm guessing probably around dark." Madison said to Christopher, then added quickly, "I bet something exciting will happen." There was no way to openly ask if the others were getting 'A's texts, but maybe the hint at a scene could get them to say something about it.

A slight shock went through him as Madison spoke, confirming that she was getting the texts. "I agree," he said, following her lead. "Probably during the middle, between a few people." That was his way of asking her to form a scene with him. He would need her help, and he assumed she would need his, and, the more people working together, the less original ideas that need to be thought of.

He waited for her reply, beginning to think of the different possibilities of scenes they could cause that would be of an adequate level for 'A'.

Madison nodded slowly. She hoped she had understood his meaning correctly and wasn't reading into things that weren't there. "Any ideas on what might go down?" She asked looking at Christopher hopefully. She had no idea what he had in mind, but she hadn't really come up with a plan for herself yet. Maybe if they got a chance to talk about it in private without the coded messages.. No, nothing seemed private anymore. 'A' didn't just know about things that happened in school, she knew about everything. What if 'A' was listening to them discussing the scene right then and there? Would they get in trouble for working together? Madison pushed the idea out of her mind, there had been no rules about the scene, just that there had to be one.

A looked up and saw Zaria, Madison and Christopher sitting at the table across from her. Huh, what a coincidence. She tried to blend in as much as possible, looking down at her phone just as another text sent through.

I'm going to find you---AL

A glanced over at the table where Zaria, Madison and Christopher sat again. They hadn't noticed her, though she didn't expect them to. With her brown hair and sports jacket, she blended right in with everyone else. She quickly typed in with her nimble fingers;

Good luck, honey. How will that change things, anyway? Will you hire another plumber to paralyse me, too? xxx - A

Zaria smiled at Madison's comment. She tried not to choke on her apple as she and Christopher spoke about interesting things happening at the party tonight. Were they trying to make themselves obvious, or was this just a cruel joke? Z continued on with her meal, if you could call it that. She looked around the cafeteria, oblivious to anybody watching her. She wondered if paranoia was gripping anybody else.

Bon fire. The words came to her suddenly, and she knew she had to do something involving fire. What though was the question. Maybe she could throw a bottle of alcohol into it, light a torch of some sort and charge somebody. She smiled to herself and took another bite of her apple.

"Anything's possible, isn't it?" Zaria replied to Madison after a few moments. She herself was curious as to what the others would do fro their fifteen minutes of fame. Of course, the fame came only to save them from the truth.

Christopher gave a nod to Madison, keeping on his smile and turned to Zaria, listening intently to her words and taking them all in. "Yeah. And I'm guess many things will happen, all different." Christopher turned his gaze back to Madison, confirming even further of his plans for them to do something together. "BUt I feel they will all need planning." Chris grabbed a fry from his tray and ate it. "Lots of planning.

He knew they would need something big; something that equated to two peoples need of the scene, just to make sure they couldn't get in trouble. And A didn't set any rules, so it would have to be serious.

Who are you? Zaria looked at her phone, not even realizing she'd received a text. She was about to delete it when she realized it wasn't from A, but somebody else. A person. She replied sarcastically, not in the mood to deal with whoever this was. Unless of course they wanted to help her out with her scene at the bon fire tonight. She quickly replied with a different text. Zaria.

She looked back to Madison and Christopher. " I can't wait to see what happens," she lied. Teenagers at a party was chaos and anything could happen. "Hopefully somebody has fireworks."

Madison nodded, grateful that she wouldn't have to come up with a scene on her own. She didn't realize how strange how strange the conversation sounded at first, but it really did. Who would ever plan for something to happen if they weren't under 'A's orders? "Yeah definitely," she said, holding his gaze. They would need to find a way to meet up and plan it before the party, because in school didn't seem like a good place. Madison considered just skipping the rest of the school day, but she wasn't sure if Chris would be up for that so after school would work just as well.

What does 'A' want with you? Zaria was wondering the same thing. I don't know. What about you? she replied. She sighed and finished her apple, tossing it at some random kid and hoping they wouldn't notice. She really didn't feel like getting up. She looked at her water bottle, which was about halfway empty, halfway full.
