*Supernatural sympathizers; those humans in his mind are both traitors to their kind, and inherently dangerous, and therefore need to be put down like any other monster.
Dreams: A privately owned top of the line laboratory with unlimited funds hits petty high up on Joeâs dream list, Though heâd be equally adamant to say a yearâs worth of free food from Adelinaâs, his favorite little Italian restaurant in Rose City if asked. Thatâs just the kind of man he is.
Secrets: Joeâs biggest secret is that he has a son, born out of wedlock and kept out of the life. His son is secret even from the Catholic church, and intends to keep it that way.
Personality: Joe is, to be blunt, a complicated person. Those who spend enough time around him will also learn, that he has many different faces, depending on the situation. Thereâs Joe the friend, whoâs always ready with a bit of dry wit and badly phased puns that when coupled with his generally calm disposition, have a talent for putting people at ease. Thereâs Joe the leader, whoâs quietly confident and willing to hear other opinions. Heâs willing to compromise with ideas from the team, but his word is the last word, and he doesnât let people question that authority. Then thereâs Doctor Lennox, who is perhaps the most complex of all. That side of him is clinical and analytical, capable of great service to his friends and patience, but also chillingly detached cruelty toward his enemies, and those he sees as their accomplices.
Joe is described as eccentric by some, and a mad man by others, but that often depends greatly on who meets him. Joe is a creative person at heart, curious and always tinkering. Thatâs what makes him such a good scientist. He is also a man of conviction, and prone to self-righteous tendencies to justify some of his more ethically questionable actions. He is also a man not easily moved or swayed. If youâve earned his friendship, you likely have it for life, but getting there is an exercise in luck, patience, and a great deal of perseverance.
