Powers: Luci isn't that interested in using her powers, but she can shape shift into animals and can control air.
Appearance: The first word to describe Luci is small. Barefoot, she stands at a little under five feet tall, and her weight doesn't even hit 100 on the scale. All of the tests they ran on her at the lab stunted her growth is the reason she gives, but in reality, her biological mother was just barely 5'1, not that she'd know that. Her skin tone is a sickly pale color, accented only by the "birthmark" on Luci's left shoulder of the Big Dipper in blue dots, each dot being a place where she was injected with who knows what. There are seven dots in all.
Generally, Luci can be seen wearing blue sundresses, but she often wears skinny jeans and large sweatshirts with army boots. She always wears army boots. They remind her of where she came from and everything she still aims on reaching. Her blonde hair is cut short, but in layers. She has her subject number tattooed on her right hip going down her thigh in bold letters and also a tattoo on her shoulder blade that quotes, "Never to suffer would never to have been blessed." by Edgar Allen Poe in italics.

Personality: On a good day with minimal stressors, no fighting, and no running from the government or law officials, Rodney is kind, generous, peppy, sweet, etc. She loves to make people smile and laugh and hates to see people unhappy. Her mood is best in the morning. She loves to see the stars before dawn, which is also when she does most of her thinking.
Rodney loves nothing more than to be in control. She is a natural born leader. She can get out of most any tough situation by using her head and effectively devising a solution. She works well with others, but is easily irritated and often yells. She can often be found talking to herself or staring into space.
With the realization of her powers, Luci got more friendly. She is openly gay and is not afraid to let that be known, though she is willing to do anything with anyone.
History: Rodney wasn't born in a lab. She has parents, siblings, friends even, but that is an alternate universe to her. When she was 7, which would be in first grade, her mother sent her to a "private school" where she was to learn to function in real world settings. That school was better described as an institute for mentally insane children, or better yet, children with powers. While the powers, shape shifting and controlling wind, weren't fully developed, they were fully functional. The "school" ran tests on her. There were so many tests, each one worse than the one before it. She cried herself to sleep more times than she could remember. It was so painful. When she finally gave the results the scientists were looking for, she moved to a different level of tests and treatments and modifications; anything the scientists could do to enhance or remove her powers, they tried and every time, failed. By that time, she was 10. On her 11th birthday, she was given the option to "join the cause, not be part of the problem." She politely refused. The next day, she escaped the boarders of the facility and since then has been on the run. She hasn't turned back or even wondered what life would be like had she still been there. She still would have been another test subject, or more specifically, Subject 159-e7a3b. If you want to be even more specific, she was "The Subject." Most everything the scientists based their information on were from her tests. Without her, they would know nothing. The tests normally killed patients, but she survived them.
Other: She carries a backpack around that has a lunchbox of breakfast bars, pop tarts, and water, a notebook that is filled with descriptions of places she's been, people she's seen, and things she wants to do, and also of poems that describe her feelings towards her situation and her surroundings. The bag also has multiple flashlights, batteries, first aid, and a pouch filled with hard carmel which is only for when she gets nervous.
