One night Rosie had enough, it was after her father died that she just couldn't take it anymore. She packed her things, left a note on the fridge and ran away. She went to the only place she knew that she could end her life. She went to a clif that dropped of into a shallow creek. She was thinking of jumping, her legs where shaking beneath her and she was sobbing when her mom came up behind her and shook her head, refusing to let Rosie kill herself. How her mom found her there was amazing, but she did and she knew that she couldn't kill herself because she was scared to.
Sexually abused:
No, not rape, she was just touched by one of the men that her mother had brought home one night. While her mom was in the shower the man came into her room and touched her. Right afterwards she screamed and he ran. Her mom was devistated but that didn't stop her from bringing random men to the house. She had been touched at twelve years old and her mom didn't even seem to care at the moment.
Had once been in a mental institute:
Her mom thought that Rosie needed a therapist because of everything that had happened to her from the time of her dad's death till then when she was 14. So when Rosie went to the therapist she discussed all of her problems then told her theapist that she had wanted to hurt herself and that she wish she was dead. Well her therapist didn't take that lightly, infact she made Rosie go to a mental institue which she got out of after a week or so when they thought she was stable. This only lead her to become even more unstable and made her resort to drugs and cutting herself. She also then quit going to therapy since it didn't seem to be helping her. She hasn't ever admited these things to anyone though. (At least 3, make them dark, disturbing, crazy, creative!)
Addictions:
Drugs-
No one knows that because she feels unwanted and so rejected that she uses drugs to make her feel better about herself. She thinks it helps take away the pain and that it makes her a better person. She also thinks that it helps her anorexia so that what she uses. She tries to keep from using to much drugs but it seems to not be really working since she just keeps using more and more when it becomes not enough.
Problems:
Anorexic-
Oh! To fat! To curvy! Look at those rolls! This is what she screams at herself mentally when she looks in the mirror is that she is fat and that she needs to loose weight. You can never be to skinny is what she says but she is getting close to the point that she is just way to skinny that it could be lif threatening. It doesn't seem to bother her though because at least when she looks in the mirror all she can she is an extremely skinny girl. She can't stand when she looks in a mirror and someone says that she looks beautiful because she thinks that is what people are suppose to say and it makes her want to be even more skinny.
Cuts-
It takes away the pain. Nothing better then to get away from having to be called names, to feel better about yourself, and not have to worry about feeling any sort of pain because the only pain you feel is when you cause it to yourself. She causes herself a lot of physical pain. Now it's not always cutting herself but she likes to punch things and hurt herself in some way so that she can only focus on that one pain. She can't help it, it's just a habit and a huge problem.

Clothing style: Dress, skirts, heels, army boots, leather jackets, anything kind of expensive. She likes to look good so she does wear make-up and does try her best to look good for people even though they don't usually recognize her.
Personality:
Rosie is a pretty down to earth girl, she loves to impress and is always trying to be nice. She likes to entertain and does what she can to make you laugh and smile. At times she can be annoying and a little to bubbily, but it doesn't matter because she is an all around happy person. It doesn't matter that she does all these things because she covers it up well by hiding all of her pain by being happy. She draws to make people happy and rarley is ever mean to someone unless something doesn't go her way. She can have her own mood swings and pop off on people. She doesn't really do well with rude people and she will give you mean looks, mean comments, and harsh statements just so you can get the message that she doesn't want to be around you and that you just need to leave her alone and go away. Don't try and make her mad, sometimes if you are mean enough to her, she will cry. She is actually very fragile even though she looks like a strong girl.
History:
Rosie has had a perfect life, she never did drugs, never cut herself and was never anorexic. Her dad was a mechanic and her mom was the C.E.O of a large company. Rosie's life was perfect because she got everything she wanted and was never denied anything from her parents. They would shower her with unconditional love because she was their only child. She couldn't have asked for anything else because her life was practically perfect!
Though it all started going down hill when she was nine and her dad went out to work one day and he had to stay in late because a car came in at the last moment. Well her dad usually worked during the night so he was exaughsted, apparently he didn't put the car up right so when he rolled under the car the car fell onto him and killed him. Rosie was the one to answer the phone when the hospital called and she just broke down and started sobbing after she had handed her mom the phone and her mom told her what happened. That was when her life was turned upside down, nothing was the same because her mom was always depressed and bringing the wrong guys home.
At the age of fourteen when she just had enough, she started using drugs and cutting herself. Taking away the pain and anger that she has held in all this time. She's not the same and she can only hope that the man her mother married wasn't the same as all the other guys she had brought home. She just hope there was some kind of help or some kind of happy ending for her. That things would go back to the way it use to be but she knew it wouldn't because she has a sister... a step-sister.
