Miko Sasaki

As decaying organisms in a pointless world, I find our goal in life should be to fill it with things that distract us from sadness, and make life...bearable at the least.

Personality

Brief Overview: Spontaneous, Intellectual, Eccentric Childish.

Image

Miko Sasaki is quite the confident man, enjoying social situations quite frequently. He's quite fond of socializing with others on many occasions, however he usually isn't quite focusing on what the other is saying, and barely ever makes close bonds with those he's speaking to. The reason for this is that unless someone can really grab Miko's interest, usually in an intellectual manner, or sometimes even in a manner that he can't quite explain himself, he won't really pay attention to them. He is a bit of a flirt and does enjoy being intimate with others at some times, but doesn't ever take anything far really, not willing to go very far in physical situations unless he truly cares for the person, although what's "too far" is quite subjective.

Miko can be a bit childish at times, which can either be quite endearing, or rather irritating depending on how he's behaving exactly. Miko can get pouty when things take too long, making him somewhat impatient to say the least. If things don't go the way he wants the to, he can get quite depressed about it, contemplating what he did wrong exactly. Other then that, Miko can be extremely energetic and enthusiastic, wanting to many things all at once, which can sometimes get on ones nerves, but can be a rather fun experience if someone actually gives him the chance and goes along with what he's doing. He's an adventurous and spontaneous spirit, he seeks fun to counteract the boredom he feels and wants people close to him to join him on the ride.

Image

However, Miko isn't exactly what his first impressions give off. Although he's quite childish and one may not assume he's intelligent, he surprisingly is. Unless he's trying to show off for the fun of it he usually doesn't show off his intellect at first, wanting to learn more about those he's speaking to rather then them learning about him. However when he grows closer to others he genuinely starts opening up to them, revealing more about himself and enjoys having deep conversations with others rather then the meaningless conversations he has with others. Miko also, contrary to what he usually seems like, can be somewhat insecure about himself, and is afraid of people getting close to him. He fears close connections because he doesn't know what he would do if they were to get hurt, knowing that he's one of the First Five he doesn't want that fact putting those he cares about in danger.

Brief History

When Miko Sasaki woke up he was adopted into a Japanese, somewhat superstitious family. He grew up with several siblings, they didn't exactly mind him, but he was frequently the odd one out, and usually didn't get to partake in the activities they were doing. It wasn't that his siblings hated him...but they didn't really like him either, choosing to neglect and ignore him rather then accept him as part of the family. His foster parents were primarily taking care of him because of the pay that they got for it, but even then there wasn't a lot of money left over to help with their finances, and it seemed as though they saw Miko to be a burden more than anything.

However, everything began changing for Miko when he was crying in bed alone one night, everyone ignored him and didn't care for him...he hated his life and wanted to know why everyone was being so cruel to him. He clutched onto a talisman that his adoptive family gave him, repeatedly asking himself why they hated him so much. But something happened that Miko never expected, The All Knowing One, Omnes Agnitioni, appeared before him. Shocked, Miko wasn't sure of what to do, and eventually, found out who Omnes was and what he could do. Eventually, Miko found out that Omnes couldn't speak or talk about the future, only the past, so he decided to ask him yes or no questions, that he could respond to by nodding or shaking his head, in order to find out the answers to the questions that troubled him so.

Eventually, Miko began finding out more and more about the future, and began saying the things he knew, pretending as if he learned about them through Kami. He began to become infamous in his town, many doubted his credibility, but when he began predicting things such as the winning lotto numbers, what's going to happen on some ones first date, and things such as how many people would appear in the background of the news at a certain time, people began to seriously believe him. Soon, Miko began letting this attention go to his head, as he had never received such attention in the past. He began becoming egotistic and condescending, becoming spoiled and bratty. His siblings grew to hate him more and more as his parents and the public's adoration increased. His siblings eventually took their anger out on him physically and emotionally, beating him up and putting him down, but Miko continued on. He soon didn't need the talisman anymore for the most part, unless he really needed to concentrate, and his latent powers were kicking in, making his 'prophecies' even more correct. But his egotistic nature continued to perturb others, namely Omnes. He found his egotistic nature distasteful, and began to not respond to Miko constantly when he tried summoning him, making it increasingly difficult for Miko to be able to summon him.

All of the emotional and physical stress Miko had been going through between his siblings, Omnes, and the expectations of his parents and the public began to overwhelm him. He wanted to get away from everything. Away from his siblings who hated him, away from the needy public, away from his step parents. So, he ran away from his hometown, running far away with tears in his eyes. He managed to use the money he had saved from when he was a so called prophet to rent a run down apartment building. Eventually Miko had become more and more humble like his original self, and had learned from experiences. Because of this, Omnes doesn't give him much trouble anymore, but their relationship is shaky.

And here I sit, at this desk, typing on this universal computer the story of the Last Six. Oh, how long has it been since I addressed such topics? Weeks? Months? Years? Centuries, ears, eternity? Of course, no one can know this but me myself for I know everything. I know everyone. I know all. Some would call such abilities a gift. But I wouldn't call it that. You're think I believe my abilities to be a curse, do you not? Well, to answer that, I don't think nor do I believe this is a curse. It's a calling. I am to spend eternity knowing all until I find one to take my place. But what would happen after that, you ask? Well, I would be no more. I would be erased from eternity. It would no longer be me keeping track of the events taking place nor would it ever be me. But, I refuse to give this calling to anyone else. Not out of spite, not out of greed, not for the sickness of power-hording. I don't wish this suffering upon anyone else. Nor do I wish anyone else to ever suffer.

That's enough about me. While I write this, a small group of Galians are taking shelter on a planet most commonly known as Earth. These Galians are seeking out a new planet for the rest of their people to inhabit. It just so happens that the Galians are coming from a planet much like Earth. After all, it is the Earth of a different universe. They don't call their planet Earth though. No, their planet goes by the name of Galliga. It resides in a universe structure much like Earth's. The different is all the planets are full of life. But this is for another story.

Upon blending in with Earths people, some of the Galians changed. They no longer wanted the Humans to exterminate humans. They had decided to breed with them. And with that, the Spades were created. Before it was known to the humans, however, the Galians left, the leader tired of trying to get the humans into the next world war. He had made his whole team that had came with return with him as well, setting course back to their home planet.

As the Spades generation grew older, the worlds nations fought more and more. There was many problems containing to it all. Politics. Religion. Gay rights. Science. They list goes on. All the many topics continued in an never ending list. But the Spades kept on. They became the greatest minds in the world. Some would even call them all reincarnations of Einstein, Leonardo Da Vinci, Sir Isac Newton, Stephan Hawking, and Niles Bohr alike. Then they all banded together to form a group. A group they called the Spades, thus naming their own subspecies of bipedal species.

Once banded, they started experiments. For what ever reason, they wished to clone themselves, to make themselves more powerful. To expand their species without the need to commit the act of procreation. They started by testing small animals. This included mice, rats, squirrels, birds. Then they went bigger. Small cats and small dogs. Then bigger. Big dogs, chimpanzee's, monkeys. Eventually, they started testing apes and gorilla's. Then humans. They would send some of the members out to receive DNA of the healthiest human babies in the world. No one questioned this as they believed the Spades to be smart and world loving like the great minds they believed them to be. They didn't expect this.

Sixty of the worlds healthiest new born babies were chosen, a sample of their DNA taken in a vial, along with their name, to the Spades headquarters. Here was where they edited those sixty DNA's, crossing them along and giving some of their own DNA to aid in it all. But one of the Spades decided to put just enough into one of the children he was creating to make the child biologically his. As they finished researching and editing DNA and all, war broke out.

The Galians plains had finally taken off long after they had all gone. The world had launched into a world war that eventually hit everywhere but the small islands of the world. As this happened, the Spades loaded themselves and their new infants all into a space-station. Before they took off though, they dumped the First Five of the children who had awoken into orphanages around the world. The Spades had put small, undetectable computer chips into the back of the neck of each child. This computer chip didn't only tack the child through their life. It gave access for the Spades to manipulate the dreams of the children, and little did they hesitate.

Once in space, they Spades continued on experimenting. Their were times when one of the subjects would wake up. These children either drowned in the ectoplasm in their cylinder or their plug was pulled by their watcher Spades member, as each member was assigned to his or her own child, sometimes two. Over the years they lost all the children but six from various reasons that included Galian invasions, plug-pulling, drowning, and failure of tests. Then it happened. The first of the Last Six awoke after a Spades member tried pulling it's plug for no reason. It used the powers it inherited to get out of the cylinder, with such waking the others and helping them out.

They was when they realize the life in the computer was a lie. It was all pretend. Weather they were a king, a President, or anything else important didn't matter no more. All they had left was each other. That's what I told them, or, rather, am telling them. I had appeared on the ship in front of the naked six. The Spades members had ran in shouting, then stopped in my presence. Then wanted to know what happened and why. But all I could tell them was what had happened. The Last Six had awoken. And as we speak, the First Five are closing in by the second.

Omnes Agnitioni, the All Knowing One, had appeared in front of the Last Six. They were each standing in a pile of glass and green slim from their hibernation cylinders, naked and dripping in green goo. Omnes hands each of them a dark cloak. This form of Omnes is his younger form, his cloak already on but the hood pulled back. His eyes completely blacked out, no pupil visible, no whites visible. His forearms, hands, face, and head, completely covered in markings that continued down on his skin beneath the cloak. He appears to be hovering slightly off the ground, his cloak not reaching the floor and his feet not being seen.

"Be not frightened of me. Be not frightened of me." Omnes spoke, his voice doubled in harmony; one deeper, one younger, speaking at the same time and echoing off the walls. For any normal human, it'd be considered the voice of a god. "I am but thee All Knowing One. All, I see it. All, I know it. All, I know it." He spoke again, the same dueled effect happening and the echo following as he paused and made eye contact with each.

It wasn't too long for a Spades member to come running in. Baldwin Yikes. As he ran, he yelled into a walkies-talkie. "I heard a noise, sounded like glass breaking. I'm on my way to-!" He stopped in his tracks, shock on his face, when he saw Omnes and the Six. After a moment of staring, he spoke into the talkie "We have a code RED7777. We have the Six awake and...and....the All Knowing One."

Hana Ambrose

It was a brisk night, Hana's parents weren't home as she stood upon the balcony, letting the cold breeze push onto her skin, letting her night gown and hair flow and ripple around her. She took a deep breath as she continued walking closer to the edge of the balcony, placing her trembling hands upon the railing of the ledge. Her breath was shaky and as she exhaled she could see a fog come out of her mouth...it was as if she were a ghost already...it was about time she ended it.

She began lifting her foot up upon the ledge...she was so cold...she was about to continue...

But he stopped her. Nicholas.

She shoved her face into his chest, continuing to cry as he stroked her hair trying to calm her down. He wrapped his arms around her, he brought her warmth even in the cold winter air. They talked throughout the rest of the night, he told her how worried he was about her and she told him how she felt...she had promised to make her life better...to face her fears and to not let sadness get to her...he had saved her.

He began to bring his lips closer to hers...it was going to be her first kiss...and she wouldn't regret having it go to him. 'It's like a fairy tale' she thought to herself as she followed his lead. Their lips were close...about to meet...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A loud sound of shattering glass shattered around Hana, causing her ears to ache in pain. She coughed on the ground wondering what the hell happened, wondering if all of that was just another one of her dreams. But as she was thinking all of her thought processes stopped when it hit her how cold she was. She looked at herself, she was nude and her body covered in some sort of translucent green liquid. A red blush shone on her face as she covered herself.

She began shivering, not only due to her nudity and how cold it was, but also to her fear. She scanned the room around her and as she looked, she noticed others. They were on the floor as she was, covered in the same green liquid, and...well, nude. It was extremely embarrassing, the presence of a boy in their company making it a lot worse...he was the first guy she had ever seen naked...and the circumstances weren't close to being anything romantic or intimate.

Suddenly, another male appeared in front of all of them, at his sudden appearance she shuddered and let out a faint gasp. But this man wasn't ordinary, and at least he was clothed unlike the other boy. He offered them cloaks, and without hesitation Hana took one, covering herself. She had so many questions, specifically, 'What's going on?' but she didn't have time to ask...just to listen.

He spoke, his voice like no other she had ever heard before...like that of an angel...or even a god...was that what he was? For now she guessed she'd just stick with 'The All Knowing One' seeing as that was what he introduced himself with. Soon after what the All Knowing One had finished speaking, another man entered, yelling frantically...he referred to six being awake, and to the All Knowing One...hopefully this man had answers...she guessed that they were the Six he spoke of, but what did that mean? The fact that the man was panicking about their awakening worried Hana, so she opted to pay attention to the All Knowing One's directions before anything else.

Miko Sasaki

It was around two in the afternoon when Miko finally woke up from his sleep. He stretched like a lion within his bed before he finally sat up, somehow still groggy after all the sleep he had. Most of his clientele asked for readings from the afternoon to night, and it was the only way he could afford the place he was staying at, so he made the sacrifices to his sleep schedule that he had to make.

Yawning, he crawled out of bed, stumbling onto the floor. After hearing his stomach growl with hunger he decided not to bother with showering or getting dressed until after he ate. He walked out of the room, his attire consisting of an unzipped hoodie and boxers as he managed to poor himself a bowl of cereal to eat. He plopped down onto the couch, turning on the TV to watch the news while eating. He enjoyed watching the news, especially in turbulent times such as these where you never knew what could happen next.

He flicked from news channel to news channel, scanning the information before he finally ended up on one news channel showcasing an alleged shape shifter. When he saw what they were reporting his jaw immediately dropped. His eyes attentively scanned the screen, searching for any semblance or trace of photoshopping or video editing that could have been done to make it seem like this person was a shape shifter, but he couldn't detect any in the slightest. He was about ninety percent certain that this shifter was legit, but the only way to be a hundred percent sure would be to check in with the All Knowing One of course. But he was intensely curious to find out about this person if they were to turn out to be a real shape shifter...he wanted to meet someone like him, someone with abilities that made them different from the rest.

Turning off the TV, Miko closed his eyes and focused on summoning the All Knowing One, before text reading 'Not Available' appeared in his mind. He growled and grumbled to himself, frustrated. "Is the guy still pissed at me?" He asked himself out loud. Shaking his head he decided he might as well take a shower and try again, stripping before stepping into the shower and turning it on.

"If what you're saying is true, then I have but one question...What now?"
"You open your eyes to the lies you've been living." Omnes said, a smile nearly appearing on his face. He would have continued to explain to the six, but, of course, the Spades had to intervene, as always. And that wasn't all, one of the Fist Five, Miko, was trying to summon him. Omnes would have went, but he had much he must do to prepare the last Six before he may even leave them behind. So, he sent this to poor Miko.
Image
Hopefully he wouldn't be too upset. Omnes watched the scene rolled out just the way he knew it would. Bel taking precaution while trying to act casual. Baldwin being slightly shocked for Omnes presence and shocked at Zerxes taking everything so easy like there's not a chance their experiments can strike any moment. Omnes listened as Zerxes speak and found that this what his chance to aid into this. This would someday become Ombes' downfall, and he knew that. But it's his duty to do these thing.

"Respect is what thou must show thy fathers, is it not? Omnes said, his voice doubling again but with a more deeper voice as he donned his hood. The moment the fabric of his hood touched his head, he grew. He went from looking the young, innocent, weak age he did to looking old, cruel, and powerful. He mostly looked this way around the Spades as a way of intimidation and to show them he wasn't just some kid. The marks that covered his skin spread out until not a millimeter of pale skin was shown. His eyes took on a new darkness as they deepened into his face. A long grey-blue beard growing down to over his chest. He no longer looked little, malnourished, or weak. He looked big, almighty, and powerful. His cloak seemed to grew old and worn with him, making his newly appeared muscles look more bulbous. His hands grew to that of a child's nightmare monster with long claws like finger nails.

The transformation took less that a minute, but seemed to last hours. After giving a look to the two Spades members, he turned back to the Last Six, instantly turning back to his young form, hood over his. "Would you two like to explain, or shall I?" Omnes said, his voice still dueled in harmonized young and old. He was clearly asking the Spades members.

Baldwin took this chance to speak. First, he retorted at Bel who said something about them having a degree of power over them. "First off, you have no degree of power over anything! We created you, not the other way around!" Baldwin yelled at Bel, his eyes cold and angry. "Secondly, you have no authority here either, Omnes!" He added, this time glaring at Omnes. Omnes simply widened his eyes and a small amused smirk appeared on his face. "And lastly, you don't get to ask questions!" He said, turning back to the six. "Your not suppose to ask any damn questions! Just listen and obey! That's what you do!" He put his head down, raising his hands to rub his temples. He was obviously tired.

He walked over and sat in one of the chairs beside an empty cylinder. "All you need to know is we didn't expect any of you to actually make it to these last stages, but you did. Now, all you've got to do is forget the lives you lived. Those were simulations full of testing. No matter how real it felt, you need to realize none of it was real." He paused and looked up, his hands now on the armrests of the chair. "You've all been sleeping a hell of a long time. It's time to wake up, children, and open your eyes to the real world." He didn't know it at the time, but Baldwin just restated Omnes' answer from before. Baldwin stood, glanced over the Six, and walked over to Zerxes. "You can take it from here. I need a serious break." At that, he walked out of the door.

He went down the hall, to the left, and into the Simulation Room. This is the room where most of the Spades members who became tired of living in this space ship with nothing to do would go. He stepped in the room. In the room was many other rooms, each with a metal symbol on the front that represented the name of each member, for each member had their own personal simulations. Finding his being the second to the right, Baldwin opened the door to the small room. There's only room for one person. He leaned against the slightly inclined wall, putting his arms down to his side and laying his hands flat against the wall. Three metal straps came out of the wall. One going over his ankles and connecting to the wall on the opposite side. One going over his thighs and connecting to the wall on the opposite side. And one reaching up and over his forehead to the opposite side of the wall.

He took a deep breath. Inhaling then exhaling. Before closing his eyes and letting the simulation take his. He was now in a night club. Not a normal night club though. This was one of those night clubs that only play futuristic songs. By the sound of the music, someone was fighting. And they were. He loved his simulation. And he knew he'd live another day.

Back to Omnes and the Six. Could he give more answers.

Everything was going to plan until another of the last six spoke up, "You may have created us but that does not make you our masters..." The girl(Hana) had made some interesting demands and Bel instantly made the assumption that she would be a 'Good' person on the moral compass. Bel was surprised that the girl added the last part in, but assumed that she had the same plan as him. Comply, learn, then revolt. Or at least he hoped that was the case, Levi wasn't a mind-reader, as much as that would have helped him.

"By the way, i'm more like an ancient Roman than a corrupt modern Dane." Bel quoted shakespeares' Hamlet, where Horatio would have killed himself. Bel quoted this for the meaning that he would have had killed himself and Zerxes had his demands not been met, but that was besides the point.

Bel would have had laughed when Zerxes, as he revealed himself to be, stuck out his hand to the girl(Hana). There was however, the fact that there were obvious tensions in the room and that Bel might have had lost any leverage he had.

Bel listened closely to what Zerxes said, then made a plan to test what Zerxes said. He would have the AKO do something to tell Bel whether or not what Zerxes way saying was true.

'All knowing one, I know you know what I'm thinking and what I will think, but I'll have to think this anyway.' Bel thought this to himself, hoping that the AKO could know what he was thinking. 'Cough once to say that what Zerxes is saying is true, twice to say that what Zerxes is saying is false, and thrice to say that Zerxes isn't telling us everything.'

"I cannot speak for the others here, but I shall fight in this war." Bel stopped for a second, "Just do know that my alliance stands with the other six here."

That's when another called Zerxes out on his lies and Bel smiled, a smile that would be noticeable to only the most observant. "Now if you're willing to take my offer, follow me. I'll be taking you to the escape pods, from there you'll be on your own, understood?" Bel internally smiled.

'How perfect of a chance! Bel wasn't going to have to even formulate an escape plan. He was a technopath and could easily reprogram the pod he was to be in. "If anyone is leaving through the escape pods and wishes to take charge, say so now and I'll follow." Bel was not going to lead, he had done that already and it was no fun. Bel followed Zerxes calmly, not looking back. He wasn't planning on retaliating this early on, that was suicide in his opinion. He didn't mind dying, but dying so weakly was not conceivable for Bel.

Being a shoe was an interesting experience, albeit one that Akira would never attempt ever again. She, seeing as she identified as a female at that moment, had gotten to see things that others would never have imagined. She saw where people went when they thought they were alone, saw what people did when they thought they were alone, and much more. Most of all however, she felt the cold hard ground everytime her wearer stepped on the ground. Well, she didn't really feel it, but it was still frightening.

Akira, having long since stopped being a shoe, was in the form of a large dragon and randomly flying in the sky. Of course this was to mess with peoples heads, seeing as you didn't see a dragon everyday. She was really enjoying flying in the wind when she was suddenly shot with what appeared to be a bullet.

She, having been smart enough to not allow herself to feel pain, didn't flinch in the slightest. She still however, felt fear and began flying quicker. Her attacked was driving a motorcycle and was easily catching up, revealing themselves to be a vigilante. Akira became a rubber ball and began falling towards the ground at an amazing speed, bounced a few times, then lay hidden in the grass.

Akira, after a few seconds, became a worm-like creature and began burrowing through the ground towards a not-so-random apartment building. As fate would have it, the apartment she ended up in belonged to a member of the "First Five", Miko Sasaki. Akira, not knowing this, became a small and adorable creature, having spent most of her energy shifting earlier. She still retained a wound from the gunshot she had gotten earlier, but it had been shrunk down to a proportional size.

Hana Ambrose

Hana had accepted Zerxes hand, albeit reluctantly. She needed to have his trust as much as she could. She felt bad, shaking the hand of the likes of Zerxes, but she did what she had to do.

"By the way, i'm more like an ancient Roman than a corrupt modern Dane."

Hana's attention shifted back to the boy, memories of Shakespeare's Hamlet floated through her brain, so the pieces of literature that each of them had within their simulations were the same? She supposed they had programmed stuff like that along with other media, groups, ideologies, etc. from Earth or perhaps their planet into all of their simulations.

He then went on to say that he would fight in the war, even though his allegiance remained with his other clones...the fact was they had to stick together at this point, they were all clones, they were all outcasts and would be wildcards in this war, but before picking sides for the war they needed to choose each other before anything else.

Soon it seemed like another one of them had woken up, and she was...rash to say the least, having taken the offensive immediately. But Hana didn't believe that that was the right move for them to be making this early on after waking up. They didn't know what the world was like or what was going on, and needless to say, the humans could be just as in the wrong as any other species. What they needed was time. Time to figure out what was going on and to act accordingly, hopefully the requests that she had made could give them enough time to do at least that.

Even as the girl went on Hana was focused on the boy...there was something about him that had intrigued her...something was different about him. As she watched she noticed him smile slightly as the rash girl yelled at Zerxes...it was peculiar, but she didn't think much of it, besides, there were more things to be worried about then a small smile.

Soon, after Zerxes informed them to follow him to the escape pods if they accepted his request, Hana followed, soon walking slightly behind Belphegor. She wondered what he had meant by 'from then on you'll be on your own'. She just hoped that he stayed true to their agreement and let them all recuperate with each other before deciding on anything. They needed a chance to bond together, to be a unit...

Miko Sasaki

Every time Miko tried to reach The All Knowing One he got those irritatingly flashy letters that spelled out "Not Available". He wondered what the Supernatural was doing that was so important that he couldn't come and assist him. He soaked under the cold water of his shower for a moment longer before turning the water off and stepping out, mumbling to himself about how he still had to call the super about fixing his shower, he had one too many freezing cold showers, that was for sure.

Once he stepped out he wrapped a towel around his waist, deciding he'd check the news again to see if there was any more info on that shapeshifting person. Stepping out of the bathroom he shivered slightly at the cold air, even though the air probably wasn't even all that cold, and it was just his broken shower. He sighed before continuing to move on, before spotting a small and adorable creature by his feet (The link led me to a Sweeny Todd icon? Lol).

He wondered how the little creature even got into his apartment in the first place, but her rather adorable nature didn't give him much of a cause for worry. However, he soon noticed that the little thing was wounded, concerned, he gently picked it up, and brought her to his sink, "Don't worry, I'll take care of you," he said softly as he turned on the sink water, washing the creature, and specifically the wound under the water, when he was done he turned the tap off and took out disinfectant and some bandages, applying both to the wound.

"There you go," he said with a smile, petting the creature softly. She was still wet, and so, not wanting her to catch a cold, Miko grabbed a nearby handtowel and dried the creature, wrapping it around her when he was done. "There, now we're towel buddies. I suppose you wouldn't mind if I check the news for a moment to check up on this shapeshifter, would you?" He asked the creature, unaware of who it truly was.

She felt her whole body freeze over when he touched her, no one touched her, they always wanted to hurt her when they touched her and than he pushed her back to the rest of the group. She could feel her body starting to shake slightly as she followed the group to the escape pod, when he touched her she was able to centralise and she did, through maybe it would of been best if she hadn't.
She could see it all, when he had been talking he had been thinking of the world, the world ravaged by war as people fell dying. Blood coated everything and the world was covered in a dark cloud. This couldn't be how the world was... Right?
She was shaking even more now and her eyes began to prickle as tears threatened to fall. No, no they can't, the world can't...
She glanced at the man who did not follow them, he was the all knowing one right? He should know, right? She paused and two options popped up.
"Keep walking."
"Run back and read his mind."
She paused, she couldn't read it from all the way over here, there were to many other people, she needed to centralise on him, touch him. Without really thinking she turned on her heals and ran back to the cloaked man, it should taken to long and than she would follow the group again.
Reaching out she touched the mans arm and turned her head up to stare into his eyes.
She could suddenly feel everything, there was to much, to much!
"Okay, maybe not my best idea" was her last through
Than everything went black as she felt herself enter the realms of her subconscious.
She stared around the giant field she had made her home in her other life, she could still feel her body, it was conscious and standing just holding onto the mans arm but she couldn't control it. She was stuck in her subconscious for now.
Looking around again she suddenly spotted the cloaked man standing a little way off from her.
"Is it true? Everything I saw in Zerxe's mind? The world, can it really look like that..." She was quiet as she waited for the man to answer, she felt the tears begin to fall from her bodies eyes, unable to stop them now that she was hold up in her subconscious

Akira, in the form of the adorable creature, smirked internally at the niceness of the person she had found. She thought that she would never have had helped a small and adorable creature should one have appeared wounded before her, but this was a lie. She would have done the same in this situation if she were in Miko's place.

"Don't worry, I'll take care of you," The male, Miko, who had found her was most likely a benevolent person. Akira shivered at the touch of the water and flinched at the touch of the bandages, but didn't attempt to fly away. She didn't feel any need to and could easily, in her opinion, escape if needed.

"There you go," The male was, strangely enough, smiling. Akira after being wrapped with a towel, valiantly and after a minute managed to move the towel off of herself. "There, now we're towel buddies. I suppose you wouldn't mind if I check the news for a moment to check up on this shapeshifter, would you?" Akira, using her small wings, fluttered onto Miko's shoulder. "Do it." Her voice was small and unassumptive in this form, a perfect match for the creature she currently was. As for why she spoke, she also wanted to see what the news had to say about her. Maybe they'd use her as propoganda against other countries or maybe they'd try to blame everything up until now on her, who knew?

Miko Sasaki

The creature was...adorable. He had never seen anything like it before really, and definitely found that strange, but in the times that they were in pretty much everything was strange, including a guy who could summon supernatural entities and a shapeshifter who was on the news. He made a mental note to ask The All Knowing One what this thing was, whenever the dude would finally show up that is.

The creature had soon taken off the towel he put on her and gently flew onto his shoulder, Miko smiled, perhaps he could keep her as a pet, as long as The All Knowing One didn't reveal it to be some radioactive monster or something. His thoughts of him dying slowly due to a fuzzy creatures radioactivity were interrupted by said fuzzy creature speaking to him. "Do it." At the adorable sound of the little creature's voice, Miko's eyebrow raised in confusion. He would definitely have to consult The All Knowing One about this. "Well you're just one surprise after another," he said in response to the fact that the creature could speak, "Alright let's go check it out now."

He moved to the TV set situated in his living room and turned it back on, flipping through channels to see if there was any channel that was speaking about the shape shifter. Finally, he managed to get one, and unfortunately it was his least favorite channel, one that just spouted out utter nonsense that had no verifiable proof, but he didn't really care, as long as he got some footage of the shifter or some good information.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"So, Chuck, what do you think about this...well this thing that's living in our streets?" The female reported said, smiling idiotically and taking a sip from her coffee mug.

"Well, Julie, if I had to say so myself I'd rather not have some creepy, alien or whatever, living on my Earth, especially during these times. We've seen what people like these that are different from us have done, and I'd rather not have them all happen again," the one who was apparently Chuck blabbered.

"I know what you mean Chuck, things that are different from us are scary!" Julie stated with the same tone from earlier. "Speaking of this weirdo shifter, take a look at this footage of a good samaritan trying to eradicate the fiend, a little spoiler here, but unfortunately it seems like the creature escapes."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"What a bunch of ignorant shits," Miko muttered once the two stopped speaking, "-Oh crap sorry for my language," he said to the creature immediately after realizing what he said, "I mean oh fudge, sorry for my language!" He said afterwards, getting slightly flustered.

Once the video footage started playing Miko's attention and focus moved away from trying to save the creatures innocence after his use of vulgarities to the TV. Apparently the shape shifter had been in the form of a dragon minding their own business when some crazy guy shot them with a gun, the whole thing pissed Miko off, but he made sure not to say anything vulgar in front of the creature and keep it to himself this time.

He turned off the TV, frustrated, thinking to himself for a moment. The shape shifter had been shot as a dragon, and soon after he finds a strange creature of the likes he's never seen or heard of before in his apartment with a bullet wound...it was all too much to just be a coincidence. He didn't like to jump to conclusions, but even so, being in the presence of a possible other human being with only a towel on wasn't the most comfortable situation.

"Hey, you don't mind if I go and get changed, do you?" He asked the creature. He didn't want them to end up running away while he was changing if they were the shape shifter though, so he had to be careful and watch them somehow while changing...

Omnes

Omnes stood there, watching as everything unfolded as he thought. Of course he knew it would all happen, but what's he to be a spoiler, huhm? He merely watches, staring into space - not too literally - as he mumbles in synch with everything being said and every action being taken, not at all surprised as none of the six appeared to be paying close attention to him. He found himself holding back the temptation of just yelling out "take them to the goddamned escape pods, already!" If that happened to come about, he'd have some serious problems with this time line. It's already bad enough he has to decline every invention to go and visit all the thousand of Miko's calling for him from all the various timelines but he must focus on this one...

Now's the part where he must do a set number of coughing as to answer Bel's question. Of course, this could possibly do anything to the timeline, but then again, Omnes will be able to choose whichever one that will set this timeline on the right track or, possibly, leading them all to their deaths. Then again, that could always be changed in the future decisions of the Six. But this is also the timeline where Danny will come and momentarily have access to all the knowledge Omnes was cursed with.

Back on point: Coughing. Is Zerxes telling the truth? Why, yes, he is telling the truth about the humans raging in a war with not only a vicious extraterrestrial race but also a world war with their own people. But it seems to Omnes that Zerxes is, tell me if I'm wrong, leaving out the crucial fact that Zerxes, Baldwin, and all the other seemingly "human" crew members on this ship are the product of these aliens and humans. Knowing it is the truth, Omnes looks at Bel, his face with it's knowing look. He lets out three coughs, one after the other. After which, Omnes turns to Zerxes, who was at the time, addressing him about not stepping foot on the ship again and calling him a "piece of trash". Omnes lets out a laugh, sounding like he's around the age of the clones he stands near.

"Oh, Zerxes. When will you learn?" Shaking his head slightly, he adds "You know, in the timeline over, you were much kinder and braver than this." Truth be told, Zerxes was meaner in the timelines over. Instead of saying "trash" he used a rather worse word, but it's all the same to Omnes, especially the since that he's not always there. In a few failed timelines, he may never even be seen, looked upon more as one of the many godly figures in various religions from times far too long ago for history to fully remember when he was young and tried saving a timeline only to make it worse.

At this point, Danny had made her decision to try to read Omnes' mind, failing, and being sucked into what Omnes likes to refer to as the Nothing. It's the point in time where there is no space nor time. The point when everything in endless and nothing matters. They could stay in this bubble until Danny was a weak, old woman, and they'd return right back to the moment Danny was less than an inch away from touching Omnes. Omnes heard as Danny spoke. He felt as this realm of nothingness took on a form of an others. It changed from a black that could never be seen to the grassy field of Danny's subconscious home. She was quiet, not fully aware of what was going on, and Omnes knew this. Instead of answering her question, he explained.

"Welcome," He started, his voice coming from seemingly every direction. "to the place in the moral plane where neither space nor time matter. Where everything is endless and nothingness rules. The place where no one goes yet everyone will see. The place where you can dissect your mind and live your life with never needing to grow up from the last moment in time you've had. Don't worry, you didn't die nor did you ruin your timeline. We can go back, back to the moment right before this moment of nothingness occurred." He paused, letting what he said sink in a moment before continuing. He appeared in front of Danny in a flash just as the scenery changed just as quickly. "Now, about your question. Look around." They were in a place that appeared to be a battle field. People were fighting, yelling, explosives were being let off. The skin was covered by a thick smoke of pollution, gun powder, and smoke from the fires of burning villages. Giant ships floated over head as it ran down lasers that hit the ground with the sound of lightning. "This is what the average battle field of Earth looks like, even today. But it's not like this every where." The scenery changes again. The loud noise of gun shots, bombs, and lightning can still be heard, but it's off in the distance. Their in a little town with little shops right next to each other. A few people walk by, smiling and waving in greeting. Two woman walk out of a store, one holding a ton of bags, looking displeased, and the other carrying a card with a large grin on her face. Throw the window of a restaurant a couple can be seen having lunch with their children kicking each other playfully under the table. "This is the average town of Earth today, with people still enjoying life. So, yes, while there's still places that look like what you saw from Zerxes, not all places look like such. Now, we much return for time still matters for I'm getting a call. Don't worry, just be sure to tell your fellow others to follow their guts. It's the only way to succeed." At that, their back to the ship. Omnes points Danny in the right direction before disappearing into thin air.

He appears in an apartment seeing Akira in the form on a small creature and Miko in a towel. "Well, I know I should have known this was going to happen, but being here in person just throws it over the top. Miko, why don't you go change into some clothes, I haven't have a cloak for you. And Akira, why don't you turn into something more...how can I say this? Addressing?"

Baldwin

Waking from his simulation, Baldwin walked over to one of the slot machines installed in the wall. It was a special slot machine that, instead of rewarded coins, it gave a meal and you got to pick what you wanted. He really didn't feel like having a full out meal, so he settled of beef jerky. Lots of beef jerky. He got six pieces, two for each picture, and put five in his pocket, taking the last and carrying it in his hand. He went back to the capsule room to see everyone is already gone. He leaned against the frame of the door, crossing his arms over his chest and looking around.

"A mess. They made a fucking mess." Was all he said as he took a bit of his jerky.

He turned and went toward the escape pods, taking a bit of his jerky every few steps until it was gone. Once he caught up to the end of the group, he sped his walking up as he took a bit of his, now third, jerky and caught up with Zerxes. "Heya, Zerx." Baldwin says in a mono-toned voice and takes a bit of his jerky. "What'd I miss?" He added before taking a glance back at the clones. "They turned out pretty good, eh? None too...dis-human, huhm? None with, like, tails, or cat ears, or fuckin' whiskers." He took another bit of his jerky.

Akira shook in mock surprise when Miko cussed and whimpered slightly, enjoying her control over him. She herself didn't particularly care what the news station said about her, seeing as there was a war going on. She wasn't going to go and cause trouble for a few people just to get back at them. She had much larger problems to worry about, like the problem of choosing a side in the war. She knew she'd eventually have to do it, but it seemed like too much work to fight in a war.

Akira then was geniuinely surprised that someone had actually managed to get footage of her getting unnecessarily shot in the form of a dragon. Okay, maybe she sort of deserved some sort of punishment for stirring up fear in wartime, but being shot was not it. Maybe being put in jail for a minute would work, but being shot was too much. The guy who shot her was lucky that she didn't decide to kill him right then and there.

"Hey, you don't mind if I go and get changed, do you?" Akira slowly and carefully jumped off of Miko's shoulder, then glided towards the ground. She gave no verbal response seeing as a strange cultist-looking figure appeared in the room.

"Well, I know I should have known this was going to happen, but being here in person just throws it over the top. Miko, why don't you go change into some clothes, I haven't have a cloak for you. And Akira, why don't you turn into something more...how can I say this? Addressing?" And the weird cultist guy just had to blow Akira's cover, it just had to happen. Akira sighed and shifted into her default female form and into clothes, albeit an inch taller. She wasn't stupid enough to shift into a human form without clothes, again. "You better have a good reason for interrupting my fun." Akira had already abandoned all hope of being inconspicuous and had already healed the wound she had gotten earlier, the bandage having already fallen off.

"If you're here to call me a saint, sorry to say it, but I'm far from one." Akira said this before anything else could be said, not wanting weird religious fanatics with superpowers annoying her, assuming the man in front of her was one. "By the way, please do knock." This was heavily hypocritical, but Akira didn't really care.

Miko Sasaki

Once the creature landed on the floor, Miko was about to make his way to his room to get changed.

That was, until the All Knowing One chose now of all times to appear before them, at least he had the decency to not show up while he was showering he guessed. Miko scowled, "You seriously choose now to show up," he muttered to the supernatural, before The All Knowing One began speaking. "Well, I know I should have known this was going to happen, but being here in person just throws it over the top. Miko, why don't you go change into some clothes, I haven't have a cloak for you..." "What do you think I was just going to do?" He grumbled, "For someone who's omniscient you don't act like it all the time," he said, beginning to make his way to his room again, "...And Akira, why don't you turn into something more...how can I say this? Addressing?" Akira? Change? Suddenly Miko realized that what he had thought earlier was absolutely true.

Soon, the once adorable fuzzy creature turned into a female, who wasn't damaged in the slightest. Upon noticing her transformation Miko found himself blushing and covering himself with his arms. "Just typical," Miko grumbled from under his breath, sending a scowl to the woman that wasn't exactly that threatening with his beet red face, before promptly leaving the two of them and making his way into his room and closing the door.

He rummaged through his drawers and closet before selecting clothes to wear and changing into them, all the while listening on to the conversation between Akira and The All Knowing One, rubbing his temples at the knocking statement Akira had made. Soon he was dressed and exited the room, unamused. He scoffed at Akira, "You should really take your own advice before giving it to someone else," he said in response to her telling The All Knowing One that he should knock, before turning back to him, "But you really should take her advice, I summoned you like an hour ago, what are you only doing here now?" He asked, "At least I guess I should thank you for revealing the shifter over here," he said, nodding to Akira, "Saved me the trouble of having to ask you myself," he stated.

He didn't really mind the fact that she had seen him in a towel all that much anymore, but it was still pretty embarrassing that she had seen a more nurturing side of him when she was an injured creature that he normally wouldn't show to another human...unless perhaps if they were injured as well.
