Dormitory's Facilities:
-Heavily guarded with 2 security guards to each level.
-There are 1 female & male helper each floor.
-Housekeeping is done daily.
-Altogether there are 25 Floors in the dormitory including basements.
-The dormitory building is fully air-conditioned. All floors are carpeted.
-There is a lounge area containing a ventilated dining room & a living room opposite the lift lobby on each floor.
-Full length windows line the lounge area on each floor. (The only difference between the Underwater and Sky dorms are the outside views. Sky dorms have heavily tinted windows to block out UV rays. Underwater dorms have the underwater view of the ocean.)
-Dining room has a long table with 10 chairs, 5 on each side.
-Breakfast, Lunch, Tea Break & dinner are served at 9am, 1pm, 4pm & 7pm respectively. All meals are catered by our chefs and will be served by the helpers at the dining room. (If you have special dietary needs please inform the helpers & they will inform the chef.)
-Living room has only 1 big screened tv and a 10 seater sofa. (Describe them however you wish. Every floor doesn't have to be the same. Feel free to add & remove things. Just tell the helper.)
-Rows of dorm rooms are to the left and right side of the lift lobby & lounge area.
-There are 3 staircases in the dormitory. They are located at the left, middle and right corners of the dormitory. They cover ALL floors of the dormitory.
-Ground Floor is where the POI service center is at. (Similar to a hotel.) This floor is also where you enter & exit the building, there is also a linked entrance to the community building.

Royal Dorm Amenities:
-CA King bed
-Bedside table with air purifier. (Different types of scented oils provided)
-Walk-in closet (filled with all kinds of branded outfits)
-Bathroom filled with La Scala Whirlpool Bathtub, Sauna & steam shower, towel warmer, bathroom vanity, luxury bath amenities, bathroom sofa, bathrobes & slippers.
-Luxurious Makeup vanity
-Office/Study room
-Mini bar filled with bottles of luxury water, fruits, chocolates. (Whatever you request)
-Espresso coffee machine
-Balcony (for sky dorms)
-Private viewing window (for underwater dorms)
-Breakfast in room (Upon request)
