Age: Twenty-Three.
Appearance: Within the legends that the fall of Earth brought there was one myth about a flower. Short lived; it was said to bloom only once a year and only within the light of a full moon. Like the romanticized flower Leire's petal soft skin bloomed in star light. Such vibrant life flickered in her veins, flushing her flesh and staining cheeks pink with expression. For her petite height of a graceful five feet three inches Leire was not a skeletal miss. Instead she possessed a form of a curvaceous nature. Delicate plushness in a proportioned manner, fitting snug silks and council robes in ways they have never been fashioned to be before. Leire's hair was a fluffy mass of soft curls, tumbling down to the center of her back. Dark like the night they shined with cleanliness and health. A heart shaped face catered to a lovely plump mouth, pert nose, and almond shaped eyes. Black lashes shielded skylight blue eyes. The hues just a tad on the milky quality.
Courageous and Determined. Those were the two words that defined the Eder girl from birth. Always the one to step in to help the injustice, Leire put others over herself in an instead. She made friends with strangers easily, and once she had a plan within her head. Nothing, and no one could ever deter her away from the immense determination. To succeed. To help. To follow through with proper plans to help the people she now governed after her father's untimely death. Though she was so fierce in her passion and willful her breeding did not beget rudeness. Nor was she snooty. It was rare that Leire ever had to raise her voice for she was one of the fortunate souls in the universe to possess that uncommon ability to sound official and strict with few words. Because of the illness at such a young age that changed her entire life, she was used to being calm, quiet and serene. When she walked it appeared slow and graceful when in reality she was counting each step. Concentrating on her telepathy skills to guide her in everyday life.

- Manipulative simple-minded officials.
-Dishonesty.

-Being alone, without anyone to connect to. Because she feels truly helpless in her blind disability.
Strengths:
+ Strong Telepathic and Psychic; Has the ability to let her mind sync with others with little concentration due to training in these ways since the early age of five. She can communicate without forming words by speaking in someone's head. She uses these abilities to be able to see around her, however, once she is alone and out of reach of any animal or person she is completely blind. And must rely on her senses.
+ Courageous; She never backs down from a fight even with her disability. She is strong willed. Never breaking during stress. A fine comrade to lean on and share personal stories with. For she will always be a willing shoulders, and nonjudgmental.
+Deadly with a Laser Bow. She uses the mind of her target to see, aim, and shoot.
+ Educated; she speaks most every language in the known Universe, as she usually has to entertain many different officials from various planets.
Weaknesses:
- When she does not have another person or animal with an active conscious near her then she is completely blind.
- She is no good at backing down from an argument or fighter. The girl would throw herself in front of a knife aimed at a complete stranger.
Equipment:
-Laser Bow. Like the age old bow and arrow of Earth times, the arrow is created when pulling back the wire, lasers form and the velocity of the aim to target pierces the victim/target with similarities to an arrow. Never sticking in a body it goes straight through. Burning a cauterized hole. It is why she always aim for vital organs.
-A map tattooed on her back and shoulders of the largest continent on the planet Deildros, where the Eden Tome is hidden.
-A bag of clothing, that hides her High Council robes, and identification.
Skills: Strong Telepath with concentrated and disciplined physic qualities. No she can not see the future, but merely harness her power and spread into people's mind with ease. Unless those are equally as strong as she and blocks her way. Usually she needs to require permission to enter these individuals.
History:
Not much is known about the daughter of Lyonas Eder. She was a normal child of a great Leader. Living free about Gantric Station. She had her friends. Her play-dates. Until a strange illness suddenly crippled her young body and rendered the girl blind. After the incident Lyonas brought great tutors to educate his daughter and also train her in the psychic arts to just...give her a chance at life. His efforts paid off because after his death when it was shown in his will that Leire Eder was to become the new High Council she slipped so easily into the role. For Leire, she believed that ever since her disability her family trained her to become the next HC. And it was during this time of the illness that the map was tattooed upon her back. The Eden Tome was not to be found, even though its legend was known, but under the circumstances now rising in the universe..Leire felt it was necessary to find this power. To not harness it, but destroy it from the hands of any evil.
