Roland was born a normal human in the city of Tokyoronto. His parents weren’t the richest nor the poorest of folks and they all lived in quaint harmony. That was until two mafia families, the Asuras and the Tengu, started fighting. Their house was caught in the cross-fire and all of Roland’s family were killed, he survived. Though not after being wounded very badly on the face by one of the leading demons of one of the groups, though he doe not remember exactly who.
Time passed and as his face healed he found himself able to control something which only demons could, permafrost. He was seen as a demon himself and so was left on his own after he had healed, though three large scars remained on his face. He covered them with a blue knight’s mask and joined the Satsujinkara, keeping his power a secret, though also training with it.
Now, under the alias, Inspector, he hunts down both the Asuras and the Tengu to gain revenge for both his family’s death and his forever cursed form.
Items
A few fake id cards as well as his true one (used for misleading people or for carrying the will of the Satsujinkara), mobile phone (rarely used), keys to his apartment (changes once every while) and a notebook and pen (pretty obvious what these are used for).
Weapons
A standard issue pistol (gained on joining the Satsujinkara), kickboxing and karate (black belt in both) and permafrost manipulation (a demon power, allows for usage of ice that will never melt nor break without his command, opposite of hellfire).
