Name: Acelyn Winefield
Nickname(s): Everyone's accustomed to chopping off letters of his name and simply calling him whatever they come up with. Ace seems to be the popular contender. He doesn't really mind earning himself shortened nicknames, eitherāhe's got loads of students that just love calling him Mr. Wine. Chardonay; Shirot, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot. It comes with the package and it isn't that far away from the truth. The women he knows tend to shake their heads and whisper, āAce, Ace, Ace,ā while the men clap him on the back and tease him with, āLynda.ā But, he's quick on his feet with humiliating nicknames, so he'll getcha' right back if you come up with something too farfetched.

Ethnicity: A smattering of Scottish with a pinch of French. No, Acelyn doesn't actually speak the language. He tries his best but ends up mutilating it to the point where it sounds like guttural attempts at rolling his tongue. His mum was French, his father was Scottish, so he's something in between with an American accent. His manner of speaking generally doesn't change when he leaves his classroom.
Appearance: Acelyn may have incredibly deep-set eyes, but itās difficult to determine the color of them, even if examined up close. They can range from a dark brown when heās downcast, to a murky shade of green in the light. For this reason, most come to the conclusion that he in fact has hazel eyes.
General Disposition
Personality: Acelyn is a bit of a smart-ass, a sarcastic twat and a general mouth-piece. His mouth does tend to run away with him, earning him fervid glares and sympathetic head shakes. Instead of employing tact and diplomacy, he speaks his mind, and to hell with the consequences. He's the kind of guy whose got a whipfire personality, and a temperament thatās as equally explosive, but he can be relatively quiet when he wants to be, choosing only to speak when the opportunity arises for him to insult someone or to make some witty, sarcastic or derisive remark. Now, he can be pretty pleasantābut that wouldn't be fun and he isn't necessarily the nicest guy, anymore. Acelyn doesnāt comply very well with orders or authority, depending on their outcome. If something can be gained from it, then heāll take anyoneās advice, but only if itās a conclusion that can benefit him. Gaining things, whether it be good company or something more sinister, has become an obsession to mask his loneliness. This makes him pretty unaccommodating.
He isnāt likely to get himself caught up in something that doesnāt concern him, and if his poor attempts to help are thrown back in his face, heāll simply walk away. Heās quick-tempered, and quick to act on top of it. If he thinks youāre wrong, heāll say so. There are not many people heād refer to as āfriendsā, it'd be an awful stretch as far as heās concerned. He's devastatingly honest to everyone he meets, unless he finds reason to tether some white lies; small fibs to keep people from prodding their fingers into his metaphorical pie.
