Appearance: Gruff and unshaven, wearing the usual FBI suit, however he loosens his tie whenever he's not around any other agents. Despite his rigorous excersize routine, he seems to have put on a small bit of weight, mostly around his waistline in a classic beer belly.
His hairline is receeding, and his hair is comprised of a salt and pepper color, what little of it there is. He looks older than he should, due to work related stress speeding up the aging process considerably.

Equipment and Weapons: .47 Handgun, FBI Badge, Audio/GPS Bugs with listening device, Combat Knife, and a personal medical kit, along with several other various things.

Personality: Tiberius used to have a personality before he joined the agency, he was young and bubbly, full of ambition and eagerness, but having spent his life in it, it sapped him of any and all personality and humor. Now he is stuffy and dry, never smiling. Even in combat situations, he is quiet, giving out the occassional order here and there. Its all buisiness for him. Just another day on the job.
Education: Ph. D in Psychology, High School Diploma, Training at Quantico, Virginia

Background: He went to Gonzaga University, spokane Washington. A long way from home, but away in the quiet isolation of the north.
Then FBI training, at Quantico, Virginia. Back in his home state after long contemplation. After that, he was a field agent for five years, specializing in kidnapping and hostage situations. He becomes a FBI Profilier for a few years, then took a desk job to wind down. He still does kidnapping jobs from time to time, but has been asked to do this job, as a favor to his country and the director, to observe the 'lab rats' and report on their mental condition during the attack.
