22 year old Alex had often been regarded as friendly and a tad odd by her friends. Before she went to prison, that is. The blood on her hands, the confused look on her face, had forced them to perceive her a guilty. Murderer, they called her. Shamed her. Bullied her, even. The young girl that went in was not the cold-hearted woman that left and even her friends knew to stay away.
Now she's clinically insane. No, not to the extent of The Joker, but more like Golemn. Bipolar, hurt and still confused she often hid herself away from the rest of humanity after 5 years in prison. Alex, now age 27, hasn't seen another person in years, but she still notices something wrong when she stops getting spam mail through the post box and phone calls on insurance. So she went to investigate. And here we are now...

Alexandria couldn't help but be alerted at the scream. Although isolated, she knew something was wrong in the city right now. Being curious as she was, she couldn't help but investigate as she wandered through the barren streets and followed the scream of what sounded to be a young girl. "Hello??" She called, almost impatiently. "Anyone here?" Her voice boomed and echoed through the streets.
Rikki ran towards the voce, the zombie chasing her "Help!". She was running for her life with no means to defend herself. She reached the road the zombie just in site. She saw another person not sure if she was one of them or not she took a few steps back shaking with fear.
Alexandria's eyes examined the girl. She seemed okay. "... Kid, are you REALLY dumb enough to step back towards the guy chasing you? C'mere." She sighed, as if annoyed at the girl's stupidity. Which she was, really, but who could blame her? "I said... come here, kid." She almost snarled.
Rikki smirked a bit, "Nope." She then bolted off towards her home, hoping that someone was still there ok, she was a fast runner, but she was no good with cross country running. She stayed causious not really sure if she could trust anyone but famaly. She tried to keep a steddy pace and watching her step. She just wanted to put as much distance between that woman and herself as possible.
Alexandria groaned, deciding to ignore the young girl entirely and explore town, to see if anyone were alive still. She roamed the rather empty streets for a while, until hearing a groan behind her. A rotting man was stumbling over to her, seeming hurt or something. "Er... Hey?" The man lunged for her, but she got away just in time. "What the hell!" She ran for the hills.
