I have sworn in to the National Guard today (Friday, 04/29/2011) and have been given my shipping information. I will be shipping out to Fort Sill, Oklahoma starting on June 15th of this year. Training lasts approximately 10 weeks and 4 days in total. That means (obviously) that I will be unable to post on the sight at all. I apologize for any inconveniences, but the RP will have to be put temporarily on hold for the duration of that time.

Until then, we can still have fun, though!

Dude you have no idea how much your going to run. I think we did a few miles everyday. That and push up got me. (My arm is all jacked up and what not.)

Best I know to build up your running is Indian sprints.

Thats what we call them. If you live in a place with a decent amount of light poles. Run to one, sprint to the next, then run to the next, sprint to the next, so forth and so on. You just keep going till you can;t do it any more. You do it hard enough you can run a mile in a couple weeks.
