Could I reserve a core member of the rebellion? Also I have some questions: 1. are the magi's evil? 2. What's the difference between the magis, royal guards, and the rebellion (Puropse)?

Yes you may. No the magi serve the kingdom directly under instructions of the king and queen they act as the direct magic advisers to the kingdom. The royal guard serve to protect the royal family and the main city. The rebellion is starting because someone continues to release creatures of the dark world into the normal realm while the magi are working to cover up the whole situation. Rumors have been passing around the city regarding the activity that the king has been passing which leads to the current situation of unrest and questioning. The leader of the rebellion wants answers and he wants them now.

Can I reserve captain of the Royal Guard? And if two characters is allowed... also a rebellion core member?

Yes you may have two characters and I'll put them on reserve.

Reserving a neutral character. Also, for Elemental Breakers, can I have one that literally break any element yet has no affinity to any elements?

Yes that would be completely fine, the only thing to balance it would be to have no strong suited element. Lets say he was to combat a elemental breaker of fire, that elemental breaker would have a more than slight difference in power over fire than the character you propose. Just to keep things balanced.

Alright then. Also, is elements imbued into weapons? As in, do elements exist in certain weapons?

They can be, so a character could wield a blade empowered with a ice element.

I like the idea for the role play so I submitted character under the neutral section. Take a look some it may be strangely written its really late when i wrote it so i was not fully awake.

Rose it's fine, and savyar it's fine. I liked how the chracter was crafted and having a mercanary/assassin on the battle field.
