It was a beautiful, cool November night when our story begins. It was the night of the Grand ball, the prince's and princess from foreign kingdoms where just arriving with their guards, at the beautiful castle of Ramore. This ball was to celebrate the peace between the races and kingdoms. It was suppose to be a beautiful evening full of laughter and joy....but the king of the land of Mral had another plan in mind for this night. A plan that could possibly end this age of peace and joy and bring back the age of eternal darkness.

Setting:
Sort of past like Final fantasy setting you know when they had guns, airships, a peak of Magi- technology and of chores magic

Rules:
1, No cyber I encourage romance but not cyber
2, You have permission to be perverted just remember to have some decency

5, No controlling others characters without their permission

Vampires in this RP:
1, Holy water can hurt them
2, They can come out in sunlight they just don't like it too well but it is tolerable
3, They just don't like garlic, it's not deadly
4, Silver bullet rule applies with them not wood stake
5, They do need blood but they can take blood capsules or just vials of it to refrain from having to bite someone.
6, They can have wings, but it's not a mandatory thing their bat like (They can be hidden like pulled back in to their body when they want them hid)

10, Biting someone doesn’t turn them in to a vampire. The person has to drink the blood of a vampire.

1, They can only hold their dragon form for about three hours in rare occasions four
2, They can have unnatural hair colors (like purple, blue, green, ect.) they also can have unnatural eye color (Like red, purple, pink , gold ect.)
3, Copper is the only thing that can penetrate dragon scales other then strong magic
4, Since Dragons are suppose to be cold blooded they are sensitive to cold (I don't mean like when it is a little chill out I mean like when it is snowing cold)
5, Their other form is usually ether more human of elvesh looking

Personality: Bell’s usually a pretty nice person with the occasional mean/sarcastic moment. She is a bit of a tomboy but yet she is still feminine. She's not the kind of girl who gets mad easily annoyed madey but truly angry doesn’t happen often, but when it duos it's not good. She also cares about her people unlike her oldest sister Natasha
Bio: Bell’s the youngest of the three daughters of King Timl and Queen Minel. She might be the youngest but she seems like the one who will inherit the throne; because her second oldest sister refuses to take over because she’s never liked the stressful life of a Princess. Bell's oldest sister has many things that make her very unlikely to take the throne for instance she is one of the biggest sluts in Ramore, she is stuck up, self-centered, abusive and doesn’t care about the pepol. Basically the exact opposite of Bell. Bell has a tendency to sneak out of the castle but she has to disguise her self as a boy to get past the knights because they are so use to men coming out of the castle because of Natasha. On one of her escapes from the castle she found the orphan Tiger cub she now keeps.
Abilities: When the power of her bracelet activates she is surrounded by an odd light that increases her speed and strength but it also slows her reaction time so she can be esaly cuaght off guard.
Weapons: A customized Bo staff, the castle’s blacksmith customized it so that when she pushes down on one design daggers stick out of each end of the staff and another part of the design she pushes down it causes the Bo staff to slide down to the length of a pen.
Magic item: A silver bracelet with ancient ruins carved into it also has a sapphire stone set in it. If anyone not of the royal blood line trys to wear or use it , it will shock them repedntly.
Main Magic use: Water/Ice spells and Devine magic or also known as healing magic
Pet:

A Tiger cub named Isin he is a telepath and seems a lot like a human in his attitude and behavior he cares about his master and wishes she wouldn’t let her sister get away with as much as she lets her get away with.
Extra: She likes to play and is talented at the Ocarina, the piano and the violin. She can singe but is timed about it. She also has learn acrobatics from performs who use to perform at the castle frequently.

Personality: Charles may hate that his purpose in life supposedly is to protect Bell’s but any hatred toward the matter is directed at the traditions of the nation and not at one that he is protecting. He tries to maintain as professional an image as possible in public: usually speaking only if relevant to the best interest of the kingdom or if addressed, trying to hide emotion and etc.. Although the man tries to hide his feelings and intentions they are often obvious to those who know him despite what he says. He tries to make the most of any free time given by those with authority over him, He likes to spend most of this time to reflect and catch up on his hobbies.

Bio:In each generation of the Colin’s family since the royal family gained power throughout the kingdom of Ramore a child has been chosen from birth to be a bodyguard for the royal child who is believed to take the throne of Ramore. If one could not guess by the Charles’ position he received this honor as the eldest’s child of Colins’ branch chosen by the king to be the “worthy”. The birth of Bell was relief to both the boy’s parents as early playdates organized for Charles at the age of seven ended badly when paired with two eldest Nitr daughters while Bell got along reasonably well with him. At ten, Charles was given his choker by force, told of his life’s purpose and began his training as a royal protector. After the increasingly rebellious behavior of the two elder Nitr sisters got out of hand, Charles was instructed to follow Bell begin his duties as Bell’s bodyguard but also try to keep “the one good able from rotting like the others”. He has been trying to do his duties in secrecy as a way to avoid less emotional attachment to the princess if at all possible.

while there is much more to him that wilkl be revelined in Ic. what is revelaed here is common knowledge in Ramore.

Abilities: If Charles or a someone of Nitr blood within a eight yard radius is put into a state of danger Charles' skin is morph into a material similar in texture to dragon scales, making a sort of organic suit of armor around him. The Choker is said to break with it’s rune activated if the power is maintained for an excessive amount of time.
Weapons: A throwstick and a chakram. He has been trained welll in both but has not truly mastered neither.
Magic item: A metal choker with a pearl chained at the center. A rune on the pearl was designed so that it would activated if someone not of Nitr blood broke the chain when the choker is around the neck of a living creature. If activated the rune would selfdestruct most likely destroying the wearing in the explosion.
Main Magic use: spherical magic barriers, the durability of each barrier is determined by the amount of focus being put into marinating the barrier. The main effect and purpose of the barriers is to either lessen the effect and potentially even reflect the effects of offensive projectile magic. Even though multiple barriers can be created the focus and thus power would obviously divided.

Extra: As a way to “make Charles more than walking, talking wall." He was been educated by the royal tutors in Romarian literature, music, and history but not the degree of that one of the Nitr daughter might be. He has been taught to play the viola as a sort of extra curricular activity.

She loves Gwen like a daughter and will fight tooth and claw to defend her. A noble and honourable woman she believes in the old ways and will be damned if anyone shall take that from her. She's approachable and kind even if she does look rather intimidaing with her myriad of weapons and glaring looks... plus her furious temper is well known.

Bio: Revealed in IC however she's always been a warrior.

Pet: Guardian - a wolf Kythe has raised from a pup, he is loyal and cunning.
