He uses the Pole Arm for various Taijutsu tecniques, and also uses it in Ninjutsu as a lightning rod to amplify any lightning elemental attacks.

Personality:

Xenath was always quiet and to himself, he never really spoke to anybody unless they were either his friend or somebody spoke to him. Although he can be funny at times he is cursed with emotional problems he has had ever since the day he was born, so this may cause him to switch from a happy laughing manner to a angry "I'm gonna kill you" mood.

Appearance:

Xenath's brown hair points forward, and the hair towards the back of his neck stands up straight with a little pony tail that goes to his neck.
His skin is tan, and his body structure is linky to enable his fast movements. This means he isn't muscular at all.
He wears a pair of black cargo shorts, and a blue and black button up polowith designs of a dragon on it, the shirt however is never buttoned which reveals a small tank top which seems to be have made for a person with that small of a body. He wears a pair of black gloves which have something that seem like a shuriken on the back of it, the item on the glove is in no way harmful to anyone.
His shoes, size 12 which are white low top sneakers which he claims to make him move faster, and stealthier than sandals.
His natural eye color is Emerald, and his rectangular glasses compliment his entire appearance.

Ryuugan Activation

Skill: Ninjutsu.
Effect: Activates the Ryuugan. Makes the users senses more sensitive. If someone for example is reading a letter 15 meters away, you'll read it with ease. The vision range widens from 180 degrees to 210. You will also be able to use the Kazeraikou clans Eastern attacks. Jutsus based on lightning will be amplified, and the user can control very strong lightning ninjutsus with lower risks than those who don't have Ryuugan. Wind jutsus might be easier to perform, depending how good you are to control chakra. Genjutsu and ninjutsu specialists should be able to do that.
Special: Dragon. Have to know lightning release and how to read.
Drawback: Takes a little chakra.
Description: The user are now able to control small winds (change their direction, fly on them if they have an umbrella or a fan, make them weaker/stronger) and anything electric (but can't control things/others jutsus with high power. Jounins can maximum control C-rank lightning jutsus. That means that they can weaken the jutsu a teeny little bit, change direction a bit or slow it down so they can avoid it).
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan.

Eastern Thunderclap Jutsu
Rank: D.
Skill: Ninjutsu.
Effect: Similar to Raiki, but goes faster. Your aim will be a lot better thanks to better vision, and the attack will be stronger since Ryuugan amplifies lightning jutsus.
Special: Dragon, bird, tiger and snake. Have to know lightning release.
Drawback: Can give you a very light headache that lasts for 1-2 posts. It makes your aim slightly worse, but not much since the technique is D-ranked. Short range technique.
Description: A ball of electricity is formed in your right/left hand and is sent away. Unlike Raikiyuu you can move.
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan.

Gouken no Kamae (Iron fist stance)

Effect: Once in this stance one’s speed and strength increases due to positioning of muscles and limbs.

Drawback: None
Description: Not exactly a technique, but a fighting style. It packs tons of speed and power and relies on the user's physical strength and fitness. It is also the prime holder of the majority of Konoha's elite taijutsu techniques. Standing with one arm behind their back and one extended, the user is ready for a quick strick with their fists and feet. This leaves them open for quick spins and jumps that will power their attacks.
Limit: none

Konokha Senpu (Konoha Hurricane)
Rank: D
Skill: Taijutsu
Effect: Spinning quickly at an upward angle, the user kicks their opponent in the jaw sending them HIGH into the air and open for another attack.
Special: None
Drawback: Leaves the user open if they miss
Description: With a powerful spin kick at the opponent’s jaw, the user sends their opponent high into the air. This is a more effective way of sending opponents flying than Dynamic Entry.
Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae

History:

Like any other Kazeraikou Xenath was born in the Land of Cloud.
He was brought up by his mother Hinata until he was about 2 years old. His mother had always tried to convince the child to do his academics, but with his short attention span he couldnever sit down in once place to do what his mother had told him.
When he was about 2 he was said to have ADHD, and never be able to master Ryuugan which is the family ninjutsu. Hinata was angered, but thought the child would be able to use basic ninjutsu taught by the Academy.
She had never predicted what happened next.
One night, about 14 years before this very day the house of the Kazeraikou was upheld by Rogue Ninjas from the Village Hidden in the Mist.
The ninja were only there to steal some Ryo to continue their lives of running, but Hinata would not let them have what they wanted. Using her Ryuugan she used multiple Jutsu to try and stop them, but little did she know little Xenath was there watching. That's when he figured out something wonderful was inside his mind. As he watched his mother perform these Jutsu he watched her every hand movement, and watched how her body was positioned.
Sadly the mother was defeated, and as she hit the ground out cold he jumped from his hiding place and shouted "Mommy!"
This was a mistake he made, because the Ninjas took the child along with Hinata's purse.
He doesn't know how long he was in their possesion, but he found himself in the Leaf Village not too many days later.
"We're gonna hit this place tonight, and get them secret scrolls which should be in the Kage's house."
They took the boy along with them for the mission, because they were trying to teach him to be a Rogue like they were. The boy was fed up with not being able to see his mother, so as they entered the Kage's house, he broke free of their hold and went berserk with many Taijutsu tecniques his the two Rogue Nins were using on their way to the leaf village on poor unsuspecting victims.
The ninjas were so astonished by the amount of strengh he was using that they let their guard down completly and were knocked on concious by the boy.
The Kage had seen the whole thing, and was about to ask Xenath how he had performed such Jutsu and where he had learned them.
The boy answered by going out cold.
It turned out, he wasn't used to exerting so much strengh at once and was on the verge of death. With the many medic Nin of the Konoha Village the boy was able to survive.
As Xenath grew up he was to learn the many Jutsu of the Hidden Leaf Village and grow up to be a full fledged Ninja. He hasn't forgotten about his mother, father, or anyone else. He just never knew the name of the town he used to live in, so to this day Xenath is training to become a powerful ninja so that he may journey alone to find his mother. In order to protect her so that nobody tries to steal from her again.
Extra: After the capture of the Rogue Ninjas, they escapedonce again to run off on their life of crime. They still live on this day.
