About 4 years after ISAF brought the Continental War to an end, Erusia commences a large invasion of ISAF. At the time this invasion, many of ISAF's defenses were pretty much non-existent, considering the leaders had become lazy and had started hiring out experienced pilots for personal uses and air forces. ISAF was pinned on the East coast of the continent again with no way of preventing the invasion. So, they were forced to call upon 5 mercenaries, said to be trained by Mobius !, the legendary pilot who disappeared in his F/A 22 Raptor after destroying the Megalith superstructure. To honor their Predecessor, the mercenaries uses the Ribbon Insignia Mobius 1 made famous and used it as their Squad insignia with it being Red then blue.

I wanted to give consideration to applying to this game because Ace Combat is a wonderful series and really deserves some love and attention. Still, I can already see that this game isn't going to do it justice. Of the character applications submitted so far, all of them are completely ridiculous regarding age. To receive a commission in any realistic military as a lieutenant, the character would have to go through an academy setting and therefore be around 22 or 23. A high ranking NCO like a Sergeant Major would be in their thirties at the absolutely earliest.

Good luck with the game, but realize that characters like that are going to scare off many of the good writers here with interest in a realistic warfare RP.
