It seems like forever ago, what happened...it was forever ago...
20 years ago, Japan declared war on the United States. It was never revealed why. Everyone thought Japan was crazy, that there was no way they could beat them. Japan had declined in population, wealth, and military expertise the fifty years prior. The war went on for over three years, Japan losing at every turn, but never giving up. It seemed like an easy victory for the U.S.A, while the rest of the world just watched.
Then the United States fell.
The world was in shock. No one knew how it had happened. Until Japan went after every country, one by one. Slowly, the world was put under the thumb of the new-born Japan. It wasn't until a country was attacked did they know how the others were falling. The secret of Japan's success.
The Japanese had somehow created a new life-form, created from what originally was a human being. They looked and acted just like human beings. They aged like human beings. But they all had red eyes, fed on human blood, and had better senses, speed, agility, and strength that any human alive. They were dubbed, "Vampires" for their abilities and need for blood. Eventually, they were given different abilities, and became stronger, faster, matter. They came to be recognized by their red eyes and collar around their necks. These collars were what allowed the Japanese to control their "weapons". If they didn't, the Vampire's bloodthirsty nature would cause them to go on a killing rampage, even killing its Masters.
At least, that's what everyone has been told. Japan's top Vampire has escaped. He went completely off the radar. Japan is in chaos, trying to find their pet. And when their agents start showing up dead, they realize what's really going on. Their pet didn't just escape. He's going after those who destroyed his life.
Vampire Classes
Class A: Normal Vampire. They have heightened speed, senses, agility, strength, and reflexes. They are identified by their red eyes.
Class B: Vampires who have all the abilities of class A, but also have developed slight mind powers, such as telekinesis and telepathy. They have also developed regenerative properties. Same appearance as Class A.
Class C: These Vampires are blind, and are more bat-like than most. They use only sound to fight, and can move without making a sound. They also have the same abilities as class A, and class B's regenerative ability. They all have snow-white hair.
Class D: They have all of the abilities of the first three classes, except they have retained their sight, can move faster than the speed of sound, and have shape-shifting abilities. There is only one known Vampire that is a Class D. The escaped one. He is recognized by his white/grey eyes.
Killing a Vampire: Class A can be killed like any nrmal human. Class B & C, you must burn the body or sever the spinal cord. Class D...Tezuka can only bekilled by removing his heart or severing the spinal cord. He can even recover from being burned.

Collectibles

Mobs
Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!
Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!

Well, you could always post in the 'Roleplayers Wanted' part of the site? I'd take on another character, but I'm kind of at my limit with how many roleplays and characters I can juggle without driving myself batty.
