Alexis's parents had been hoping for a boy when she came along so they named her after her great grandmother and called her Lex instead. She figured that when learning to write her name in school, it had been a lot easier than most of those kids who had a whole slew of letters to write.

Even back then she knew that the people in this place were different. The people she saw on tv got along and seemed to love their families but here, it was a whole different story. Family seemed to mean nothing to anyone. She knew how things worked around here and knew she was doomed to grow up like her parents.

The first encounter she had with how life really was in Westmont, was in first grade when she had told her best friend, Annie Lee, about this boy she thought was cute and Annie Lee had made her tell her everything she thought about him and the next week Annie Lee was using that against her to make her do what she now realized were really stupid things. That had been her first lesson but as she got older, things got more serious and now at the age of seventeen it was a fight or die type of thing.

Today was no different as Lex sat at The Loco Cafe where all the kids came to hang out. It was a Friday afternoon and she was celebrating getting through another week at Westmont Academy, the prestigious private school that every kid in Westmont attended, seeing as it was the only school in this area unless you wanted to go to the public school in the next town over.

Sometimes she was afraid she was never going to graduate. She was smart but at the same time, she was bored of going to school and didn't really put a lot into her work but somehow still managed to get A's. She had invited a few of her friends to come and join her if they wanted but so far none of them had shown up.

Four hours before Noon.

Scott scratch his bald head with his left hand, and controlled his F-15 stearing wheel with his right. He looked behind the chair and into the back seet, as if to make sure his sniper rifle was still there, along with the fiftey three hundred dollars in the breif case. He hated being a contract killer, but loved it at the same time. Every now and then there would be a gun fight or car chase, but its usually just a sniper and run. He hoped today would be different. He was headed to Westmont, Florida, to take out a big bank manager who owed his employer money.
Entering Westmont, he got a text message that he had go to an RBC. Was there a perch for him there? He was not sure, but then he got the second text: IT stated that this was to be a long term killing. He was too pick off all of the family member, just to scare the manager into giving the money in. There was a house that was close to the bank that Scott was to live in, but he hated the idea of being told where to live. He took the area anyway.
