"So, you mean to tell me that there are vigilantes who plan on stopping me and my Brotherhood?" A voice from the dark said in a low questionable tone. A single light was lit on a standing man who seemed to be sweating excessively, he could only see the silhouettes of people sitting around a long table, he knew the voice was coming from a man exactly opposite from him.
"Y-yes boss sir. A number of your minions have been taken down, all we know is that the people doing this are...are in a band." The minion gulped. His eyes darted from outline to outline of the those in the dark room. He had every reason to be nervous, he was surrounded by some of the most deadly criminals known to Toronto, Canada. He wiped his forehead with his jacket sleeve.
"And I detect that your unit were not able to defeat these heroes? Hm?" The man replied, a few of the others in the room begun to snicker.
"P-please sir, I'm the only one left I don't know-" Before he could respond, lightning shot from the the hands of the man opposite towards the minion under the light. The minion died instantly, and the light above him burst into pieces. The room was silent after that, all that could be heard was the sizzling of the the died minions corpse.
"We must find and destroy these heroes. We can't afford to lose our army, if we are going to take over Canada...and then, the world," The man begun to laugh sinisterly, and like a domino effect the others begun to laugh after him."Now someone bring me a taco, I'm hungry."

So I woke up this morning after yesterday, a long day of kicking ass. We had a gig last night and a group of some losers came in and tried to stop our concert. Of course we were furious and we made sure no one got out alive. We have another gig tonight, and we are all looking forward to it. My name is Nunu, I play the keyboard for our band, and I'm also a backup singer. We all live together in our apartment, so maybe we are a little crammed and we can get on each others nerves sometimes but we have to deal with it, we are kind of like a family. We have been having this band ever since we were in high school, we have gotten popular locally. It's always nice to be able to go on youtube and see yourself, and people like videos people put up on you. We are so close to being famous I can almost taste it.
A local band in Toronto Canada must fight for their lives because a secret villain organization sees them as a threat, thinking the band want to stop them from taking over the world.

1.) Whenever we start, we will all be level 1. After getting 100 EXP you will move onto level 2 and from there on it will take 100x the level number you are to get to the next level. You can get EXP for battling random foes, completing Personal Quests(from the band members), or NPC quests. You will create your own stats(be creative) that will be linked to your characters personality and fighting style and whatnot. With Every lvl up you will get +1 on all of your stats, AND 3 additional SP(stat points) to use on any stats you would like.[this means you will constantly be updating your profile, just be aware.]
2.) Battling will be separated into 3 different classes. Fighters, Hybrids, and Mages. Fighters use weapons to battle foes, their specials are combos and special attacks. Hybrids are Fighters mixed with Mages, though they aren't as powerful as Fighters in fighting or Mages in magic they are still pretty powerful. Mages were somehow blessed with supernatural abilities, this could be from birth or because of some personality quirk they have, either way, they can only start out with 2 powers and those powers will grow as they level up.[Hybrids only have 1 magic while Mages have 2, and Hybrids can only learn combos ever 5 levels while Fighters can learn new combos ever 2.]
Fighters- Learn combos as they level, meaning they have more moves then the other classes/Lack magic, meaning they can't attack far distances unless they throw things.
Hybrids- Know both magic and combos/Their Magic isn't as strong as a Mages, and they can't learn as many combos as Fighters.
Mages- Can build on magic making magic very strong, and can attack from long distances/They don't have that many variety of different abilities to choose from[besides the magic within their magic].
4.) This role played is EXPECTED to bring a lot of comedy both in action and just in general, so I would appreciate people with a nice imagination.

Right, so think on this for a spell.
Mindsuck is preparing for the Battle of the Bands, a cutthroat and brutal competition. Through the underground journey of grimy indie bands, Mindsuck must try to make a name for themselves. Along the way they will fight depressing emo bands, dark and boisterous metal bands, hipster bands, pop bands, and all bands that wish their corruption they call music upon the mainstream world.
Through it all, Mindsuck will rock asses both on, and off stage. Though, there is a dark secret that one of the bands hold. They wish to take over the world through their music and make their band the only one in existence! Mindsuck must stop this from occuring!

It's been a month since he last posted in this topic... I think it's safe to say that he's not coming back. Plus, it'd be kinda difficult to get permission from someone who hasn't returned yet, no?
If he does, then he can either join the new RP or reboot this one. If he does come back, though I wouldn't mind letting him go back to the helm.
Continuing on, if we reboot this thing, then we get a better chance at recruiting a couple of new players. Though, I have no idea what candle had in mind for the story of this thing.
