[u]Before you read the rest of this please take a look at my character Mairin and decide if you want to be in a role play with her because she will be a major factor for the plot
The characters chosen will be the people hired by the captain(though there can be characters that arrive later on in the story) who has pirated all these years with only his first mate and navigator so yes they are badasses (another requirement) and recently a single crewmen(me) Mairin. But he now feels the need to expand his crew.
It will take place on the planet Odreon's Golden age of Piracy. Odreon a planet a little bigger than earth. We're on the continent Ansnolla in its port Beotera about to set sail after all the hired crew comes on board. This all takes place during this planet's era where there are guns, and cannons but Europe are still dressed in 17th centenary clothing and culture.
Ansnolla is a little larger than France and has culture similar to Great Britain. Europe would be called Ochars and made of a bunch of different countries which will be named later in the ooc. Then there is Ekaecrion which is a large North America sized France. Sui is and island the size and culture of Japan so this is where samurai come form. Siuam is a large china sized china with emperors and stuff still in effect. Cienides are a series of island similar to that of that of North America before the Europeans came so its a country of Native Americans. Uzoeswars is an Australia sized country with dark skinned people that live in tribes that constantly fight each other but in a time of need would band together and fight off invaders. Adriri is a 1 and a half Texas and is rich in oils and spices and plays the economic role of India with its culture too. There are also an infinite number of unique islands that the Navigator can make up and we can discuss about in the occ.
The whole planet has a central government called the Central Government which also controls the policing organizations of the land and sea called the Army and Navy that tries to beat down bandits and pirates alike. The whole planet uses English as a universal language but also has their own language. Each country has their own government and cultures, there are kings and emperors. There are slaves but its rare to see any from Uzoeswars because of their strange sense of nationality. People from Sui and Siuam are chinky but their skin color range from extremely pale to very tanned like regular Asians. And yes it is difficult to get into Uzoeswars because they don't like foreigners.
Furthermore, the Central Government is placed in the middle of Ekaecrion with a bases all around the world and yes English came form this country.

The main story for this will be adventure, friendship and romance. During the storyline there must be friendships and relationships made; lives saved and friendships are formed but you don't have to if your character's personality doesn't permit it. There could also be a traitor in the new cremates and someone that leaves because of revenge but because of the captain's silly and deep morals the crew must get them back the traitor and revenger both but not at the same time please the plotline cannot be littered with too much stuff we can sort it out in the ooc. Also the crewmates that are leaving as in the traitor or revenger must have someone in the crew that makes them think twice about leaving or regret it so the leaving can't happen too early. If you don't want your character to play anymore than tell me and we can off the character in an accident, battle or even disease. In the course of this adventure we will find treasure, loot towns, and battle other pirates and navy on the seas.

P. S. If there's anyone that is exceptionally good at art especially creative at map making can you make the map of Odreon you can make it however you want but the Asian countries must be next to each other and the India country must be between them and the European countries and Uzoeswars must be horizontally the same place as Africa. Also please if you can work with the navigator who has the ability to make up small islands create the countries in Ochars, actually its best if the map maker is the same person as the navigator.


P.S.S this is the first time I am playing in a role playing game so please be easy on me although If I may be kind of strict on my rules please forgive me.

P.S.S.S I have wonderful ideas for books but I am never able to write one so I thought a role paying game might help me with my writing skills.

There are cameras(old fashioned), land phones(old fashioned), no cars its still horse and buggy, there are also no computers and the like.
There can be magic but it is kept a secret from most non magic users(it must be listed in your secrets and used at your discretion).
