About MRC
**This is Semi-advanced RP**
MRC was founded some 45 years ago By a woman around 30 years of age. In the town of that time, there had been no Rehabilitation faculty. This woman who was known only as the Warden, was known for her kleptomaniac ways and needed to redeem herself. Thus MRC was made.
The MRC is a faculty for teenagers who have problems. The problems can be Pyromaniac, Kleptomaniac, Personality Disorders, Mental Disorders, and eve Killers. The MRC is a place for teens to be cured of their illnesses; and is much like a hospital. They operate by locked cell rooms, for the patients. and outdoor activities.
Be careful, cameras watch them all the time. And just because It seems nice, doesn't mean it is.
Blood will be spilled.

I was just looking over the character list on the 'My Roleplays' section, and saw her.
So...can only one person have the spot? D:

Oh, for...the mental state, the percentage, how do I fill that out? I mean, like the higher the number, the more sane they are? How do you judge their mental state?
