Disgusting looks had been passed to those that approached her for payment into this portion of the city. Did they really think that she was going to give up anything of hers for the gain of another? Not likely at all. With sour expression on her face, Sera watched closely as Vexar was called from another source not of her party. While eyeing the new man curiously, Sera deducted that: He had no riches of considerable size to him, He perhaps did not have any extensive power to him, and the man was definitely not good looking in anyway so seduction if they got into a pickle was out of the question.

"Hmph." Sera watched the two men, in her usual pose of hands on her hips, nose turned upwards, and a rather degrading look in her eye. Soon enough though, the woman's eyes would begin to wander around her surroundings, that child-like curiosity always becoming the best of Sera.

Vexar had spoken to the tall man, Brhodof, for several minutes before he gestured for Rozwell and Sera to follow the two into the greedy throng. Even this, slummy, section of the Orzhov district was more kept than some of the richest in all of Ravnica. Vexar had hoped this place would bring some condolence to Sera, if not by memory; then by showing her what no kingdom should be. After all, his goal was to return her as a person worthy of ruling a place like the city of Illusion.

What seemed to be an endless charade of alleyway after corridor, they finally arrived at their destination. Vexar was lost in debate until they reached the old Pontiff's quarters. They were invited to join the man for a late afternoon lunch. If it weren't for the current situation, Vexar would have chosen to stay. Yet, his to-do list was growing unexpectedly.

They came here for one reason only today. Vexar came for something called "Respina Serum". When Vexar spoke the words to Brhodof, there was a short silence between the two. A revelation for Brhodof, as to why Vexar would go through this much trouble for a visit. Brhodof was a fine alchemist, and better than Vexar in some aspects. This was, fortunately for Sera, one of those aspects. This serum was known for it's ability to enhance memories; to bring back ones once lost, and to enhance those that were just out of reach. It was a highly prized liquid in the Orzhov district, for obvious reasons.

Brhodof silently nodded, as if he knew it were for Vexar's newfound companion. For a short moment he left the room. When he returned, it was with a small cup of steaming blue liquid. It smelled of heated copper. The tall man simply set it down on a table and gestured for Sera to indulge upon it.

Unfortunately, just as Vexar's memory erosion, this liquid was not an exact science...
