Introduction

They started taking kids our age a few months ago. Kids as young as 13 to others as old as 19. That was when there the talk of rebellion began. We met, conversed with adults about plans, but nothing became of it. Soon we grew impatient. The more questions we asked about them, the more we realized how little we knew about the so called "Greys". That's the extent of knowledge most people in our town had; their bloody nickname. Men and women in dark suits would come, take who and what they wanted, and leave. No one fought back. Fear of them seemed to be instilled since birth. That is, until now.

Now we're sick of hiding. We're sick of being told "the fight will soon be over". We're sick of our loved ones not coming back. We are a group of teens living on the outskirts of a Cartulo town, Litra. The Greys start documenting your life once you hit 20, so it's easier for us to slip under the radar. We currently live in a small shack west of Litra, though we end up moving around often. So far, we've only lost a few... But it's enough that we routinely train for a fight with the greys-if it ever comes to that.

Living Necessities:

Every few weeks or so we plan to send a small group to get some goods from Litra. This is an extremely dangerous task, and must be done so without anyone watching them leave. Otherwise, we hunt for our food.
Our camp is currently next to a deep creek, so we have a constant supply of water.
We've only been out here for 2 months, so nothing is perfect. The most common cause of death within our group is from disease, or infections from injuries.

Surroundings:

"The Set", as we call our home, is in a lush forest. About a mile north of it there's a huge grassy clearing; good for hunting grassland animals. The woods are good for deer, turkey, pheasant, and some other forest dwelling animals. The Set lies a good 150 yards from the creek, which is used for bathing, washing, and water supply.

Spirit stepped into the set, her newly-cleaned herbs in the basket. She heard T.C and rushed over, looking at the dead deer quickly "Hey!" She smiled "I think I have enough stuff for salad now to go with it." She smiled lightly and walked over to a log next to a small setup for a fire and grabbed flint and a small steel knife. Once she had some tender in place, she struck the flint, making a small fire. She added some wood into the fire until it could sustain itself and she looked back to T.C "You think we could make some blankets with that?" She asked lightly, running a hand though her light blonde hair

"Salad would be good, then the meat will last a bit longer. And yes we will be able to make a blanket or two. Once I'm done cleaning this I'll need some of those plants I showed you yesterday. Did you pick any?" T.C. Said hoping the girl had remembered and gotten the plants for dinner. While T.C. Waited for an answer she remembered to ask if Spirit had a knife. If she didn't T.C. Would make her one out of the antlers. She partly hoped she wouldn't have to teach her how to use it. Teaching wasn't her strong suit, well to be blunt she was no good what so ever at teaching.

"What if we changed the appearance of people before they go? It would be easier. We would still have to hide, but not as much. I can make some chamomile tea, and that would help lighten hair, as well as some lemon juice and sun. "But can you change someone's height? Or their skin tone? You have good ideas, but the people who look for us know our faces. They have people study pictures of us and they put cameras all over to scan faces. So if we walk boldly into a store cameras would be letting the people we are hiding from, know just where we are. "Well like I said, we would still have to hide. It would just be easier. Also, if we have some shoes, I think me and you could design an insert. Make slightly bigger shoes for someone, and then put in a small stilt inside the shoe. Make them a few inches taller. I don't know about skin tone though. Winter is also a good time. Boots and robes" She smiled, pulling a small scrap of paper from the table "I got bored. I was looking at healing properties of a certain tree, and I saw it was very strong, even with very little of the wood used. Ironwood. We could put the insert into the shoes and it would raise the height of the person"

You mentioned that a female wearing an apron-like thing who was incredibly strong had injected you with something. Considering in my Character Sheet Leon is a female wearing very loose tank tops ( apron like ), who is quite strong and takes care of the more brutal parts of the medical things, I thought you meant Leon injected you. In your Character Sheet you had stated that Gaunt had just arrived at the Set, requiring medical attention, therefore I pieced it all together and supposed Leon was tending to you in the set. If I was incorrect, I apologize! ^^;

Also, Announcement. READ THIS IT'S IMPORTANT.

The Greys only show up when they want to take someone from Litra. It's not as if they're crawling around the woods like moving targets. If a Grey showed up anywhere near the set, it would mean that their security was compromised and they would need to move. Thus, Caged Icewolf, Tony couldn't have seen a Grey around there and couldn't have shot him. Sorry! I'll make my introduction more descriptive.

Sinkai, I hope you read this... You PMed me, and I can't reply. Excuse that, if you can. In my first post in the Introverts, I'm Caleb (or Gaunt) and you asked if I was referring to Leon. I'm only a wee bit confused. Is Leon the one in the Infirmary? I do apologize, but I don't know exactly what you're asking.

Hm, I suppose she can be Leon's right-hand-gal with that. I feel as if a 13 year old being head of nursing and whatnot would cause issue. How about Leon does the brutal stuff (i.e. injections, surgery, basic last-second saving techniques) and Spirit utilizes herbs for mixtures and soups for the healing process? Leon knows her bio, but she's not very talented with herbal things. Good?
