A long long time ago, Dragons and Tyrants ruled the land. Times were tough, experiences tougher, and the world was in chaos. But then, several humans and dragon children rose up together. They rose up, and fought to bring justice and freedom to all the lands. They were known as the Dracari, humans and Dragons who fought together to make the world a better place. But, this was only a half truth.

What really happened is that several humans and dragons did both want to fight these tyrants, but lacked the power to. So, they prayed to the gods of Light and Mercy for a power they could both use. The gods granted them this power, at a price. They combined the souls of the humans with the souls of the Dragons to create a new species called the Dracari. Their combined souls granted them new powers, powers that let them fight the magic that the tyrants and the Elder Dragons wielded.

Dracari would reproduce by hatching from eggs. Each egg would result in both a human baby, and a Dragon baby. While they had seperate minds, they shared one soul. Dracari Dragons, once old enough, are able to switch between their child form, their adult form, and eventually once they got old enough or strong enough, their Elder Form if they merge with their human partner. They are linked to the humans they are bonded with, and will always be close to them. The Human Dracari would gain several of the Dragon's natural abilities, as well as wielding magic dependent on the Gem Stone they are born with.

After the Dracari saved the world, a century of peace went by. Then, slowly, the Dracari started to disappear one by one, as if they were being hunted. Exactly like they were being hunted. The last Dracari sighting was a decade ago. And now, a new force threatens the world. As if overnight, several countries united together into one big empire, led by Emperor Aventine. His mission: Rule all the known world. The Draxian Empire he created is fueled by advanced technology as well as powerful magic.

And with no Dracari to stop his tyranny, it will be difficult if not impossible to stop him.....unless of course, there were still some left. The Last Dracari, if they existed, could stop them. But do they really exist? Do you know them? Are you one of them?


Dracari Abilities:

Dragonsight: So long as they have an unobstructed vision on at least part of what they are looking for, a Dracari/Dragon can use Dragonsight to see it. The object they are looking for will glow a golden color, but they have to at least see part of it. If there are trees in the way, the glow will not go through trees.

Dragon Senses: Dracari have the enhanced senses of Dragons.

Cloak: One of the side affects of being a Dracari is that you have the tail of a dragon. Luckily, you can turn any part of your body invisible, though not the clothes you wear. You also have a set of four, small dragonfangs in your teeth, but those are easy to conceal.

Breath: Depending one what type of dragon you are and what gemstone you were born with, your breath could be either Fire (ruby), Acid (Emerald), Ice (Diamond), Water (Sapphire), Lightning (Amethyst), or sonic/Air (Topaz). This also depends on all your other elemental powers.

Enhanced Strength and Speed: Enough said.

Magical Resistance: They are resistant to magic, though not totally immune and its only partial resistance! The Dragons also get this.

Glide: Dracani can glide. Even their Dragons can glide to a degree without using their wings.

Unique Traits: Each Dracari and their Dragons have two unique traits for each one of them. (that said, nothing OP got it?)

Merge: The human and Dragon Dracari can merge together to increase their fighting power, at the cost of being able to use teamwork as effectively. They can only be merged into the Adult forms, and if old enough, Elder.

Empathic Connection: While the two bonded Dracari might not be able to speak to each other in their minds, they can feel what each other feels.

Bonded Lives: If one Dracari dies, their bonded partner also dies.

Dracari Superiority: Any offspring you produce will be Dracari. Just be warned, a trait inherited from the Dragons is that any dragon, regardless of Gender, can lay eggs.

Dragon Instincts: Whether they help or hinder, you got them.


There, I think I covered everything about the Dracari. Now onto other subjects. Essentially, technology developed relatively the same. Some differences though are that swords are still used quite a bit, gunpowder weapons are not as accurate, cars and planes are rare, but there are many airships and boats. While the cities are plenty advanced, due to the threat of dangerous creatures and monsters, villages rarely even have electricity. It really depends on where you live, what else lives in your area, and what country you live in.

The starting location is known as "Elwill City".



You can make your character sheet however you want, so long as you include the basics, the name of your dragon + a small description, abilities and traits, and history. Oh, and because I get really annoyed that everyone tends to make characters between 14-35/45, making characters outside the age range, especially younger, can add a third not too powerful Unique trait (Cause I still cant have anyone being OP :3)

Standard RPG Rules. If you cant figure out what those are....well, just use some damn common sense. Oh, and for IC content, sexually explicit details are not allowed, detailed gore is not allowed, typing out a fight scene is allowed though so long as the details dont go into the gore too much, nudity is fine so long as you don't go into detail. Everything else, like I said, should be common sense.
