The Rise of the Corrupted

In the city of Domino City Renatus, one building stood out more than any of the others, the Kaiba Corp Headquarters. In the shape of the original building, but with a Blue-Eyes spiraling up with its mouth open for a helicopter landing site, this building served the main function of supplying weapons to other countries. Yami hated that though, and eventually, began to hate himself.

In a secluded cave near the center of the city, a memorial to many people, a group of mysterious duelists were gathering. "Brothers and Sister, welcome to our Sanctuary. I have called for this meeting because NOW we finally have te key to destroying Duel Monsters forever." said a man wearing a black cloak that covered his body. He reached into his cloak and pulled out the God, Lord, and Wicked God cards. He felt the surge of clashing energy between them and grinned. "With these stolen cards, we can destroy the things we hate, and the things we love. Come now, grab your pick, and forever hold infinite power." The people began to walk up to him and selected the cards they wanted.
"I'l take Slifer, the Sky Dragon, M'Lord." said a girl wearing a black cloak, but had a very noticable eye patch on.
"Wicked Eraser..." said a boy wearing the same black cloak. Nothing was noticable about him besides that he was very unimotional about the situation. "With this... I can Erase Kaiba Corp, and eventually, the world!" he thought to himself and slid the card into his deck.

Ashley walked up to the man she looke quite innocent but was surprisingy deadly. "Your greatness I would like the unstoppable power of Obelisk the Tormentor and also your greatness I seek the ability to bring forth the shadow games." Ashley said bowing to her master and accepting the the blue card with one the most powerful egyptian god cards, and slid it into her deck. "with this I can get away with as much murder as I please" she said with a smile.

Grim Shadow look at the woman and smiled. "The power to wield the Shadow Games will come at a later date. Right now, I want you all to become adjusted to your new power. At first, they may overwhelm you, but by training and using them regularly, you will become immune to the gap in strength." he said and looked at the next pwerson to recieve their card.

Tsuinken
Tsuinken was walking through Renatus when a thought occurred to him; he was hungry. Walking up to the nearest food stand he peeked at the selections and grinned, it was his favorite food ramen; and more specifically ramen with all the fixings, not that cheap crap that came in bags. What kind should I get... He thought to himself as he looked over the choices on the menu displayed above the counter, Shio, Tonkotsu, Shoyu, or Miso style. I could add pork, beef, chicken, fish or anything else I could think of...I think I'll have-
"One bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen please," He said finishing his thought out loud to the man behind the counter.
"Anything special about it?" The man asked waiting to see if he could just scoop it out or if it had to be made special.
"Uh, lets just go with the basics mostly, but add a little bit of fish in it please." He was trying not to make his order too difficult, the man looked busy.
"Alright," The man said quickly whipping together the noodles and adding the fish, "That'll be 700 yen sir."
"Alright here you go," Tsuinken said reaching into his pocket and grabbing the money and putting it on the counter as he started eating his meal. "Thank you very much," He said as he walked to a nearby bench and sat down to finish eating. That was when the excitement happened.
"Give me all the money old man!" A person wearing a black mask yelled at the Ramen Guy, he had a gun in his pointed at him.
"Y-yes," He said as he started to reach down into the safe. Tsuinken had seen enough. Dropping his unfinished ramen to the ground he advanced upon the would-be-robber.
"Put the gun down and I won't have to slit your throat," Tsuinken hissed at the man as he pulled his tanto out of his pocket.
"You brought a knife to a gun fight?" The robber snarled turning around so the barrel was pointed at Tsuinken, who had his arm pulled back and ready to throw the razor sharp dagger.
"How about no one gets hurt, we solve this with cards." Tsuinken said activating his duel disk and sliding his deck in.
"Fine by me punk, you won't win!" The man yelled sliding his gun into a slot on his duel disk and activating it.

"I'll even let you go first," Tsuinken said to the man.
"You got it," The man said drawing his hand and frowning, he hadn't gotten any truly good cards, with the exception of Man-Eater Bug. "I lay one card facedown then set a monster in defense mode and end my turn."
"Guess it's mine then," Tsuinken said confidently drawing his first hand and grinning. "First I activate Gateway of the Six. Then I activate Shien's Smoke Signal, I choose to add Kagemusha of the Six Samurai to my hand. Then I lay Legendary Six Samurai- Mizuho (ATK 1600/ DEF 1000) in attack mode, but I'm far from done. Because there is a Mizuho on my side of the field I can Special summon Legendary Six Samurai- Shinai (ATK 1500/ DEF 1500). I activate Mizuho's ability and by tributing Shinai I can destroy one card on the field, I choose your set monster."
"No!," The man yelled as his only line of defense was destroyed.
"Now since I have a face up Six Samurai Monster I can special summon Grandmaster of the Six Samurai (ATK 2100/ DEF800)! And since I have laid three Six Samurai monsters my Gateway of the Six has six counters on it. I remove four to add one Legendary Six Samurai- Kizan (ATK 1800/ DEF 500) to my hand. And since I control one other Six Samurai monster I can special summon him, which adds another two counters to my Gateway; leaving it once again with four. I activate its ability and remove four more counters from it to add another Kizan(ATK 1800/ DEF 500) to my hand, who I also special summon. Ready for the best part? Since I have two Six Samurai monsters I can special summon another card from my hand, Great Shogun Shien (ATK 2500/ DEF 2400)! And since I control at least two different Six samurai monsters than Kizan both of their attacks increase by 300 (ATK 2100/ DEF 800)"
"Y-you filled your monster zone in your first turn!?" The man said obviously scared.
"That's right, and it is also the end of you. Go Great Shogun Shien and Grandmaster of the Six Samurai, attack him directly!" Tsuinken yelled as he pointed at the robber and his monsters charged in and sliced the man, reducing his lifepoints to zero.

"You little brat!" The robber said pulling his gun off his duel disk and aiming it at Tsuinken. But he had expected this and threw his tanto with expert precision, the point going into the mans hand and making him drop the gun.
"I want that back too," Tsuinken said as the robber pulled the knife out and dropped it on the ground. He turned around and ran straight into the arms of a waiting officer of the law who threw him into the back of his car and sped off.
"Th-thank you," The Ramen Man said from, behind his counter.
"Oh, it was nothing." Tsuinken said as he picked up his knife and rubbed to blood off with a napkin.
"How can I repay you....? Oh I know! Free ramen for life!" The old man said happily as he prepared Tsuinken another bowl of what he had earlier.
"That is very kind of you sir," Tsuinken said accepting the gift. "If you ever need help again just let me know." He spun around and began walking down the street, the eyes of everyone around following him.

(I was gonna post as Gregory too, but seeing as how long this one is....ya I will do that later XD)

"Hey man, that's pretty chill!" Lucia said with a yawn, "The man was using those cards in a upright poltical scandal to keep us down. Way, to go bro." She said, moving around to check out the rad cards. "Hmm... well, my main man Hamon is calling my name. He tottaly feels the same harmoinious vibe as I do. Pretty far out." She said, selecting her card, amd staring at it. It could be her drigged mind, in fact, it probably was, but Hamon seemed to be dressed in 80;s clothes. "Far out." She said. (she's insane)

"Direct attack with Grand Shogun Shien, That's game.: Blade said with a yawn.

"Awww... I almost had you!" Came the voice of his son, Riku. They had just finished a friendly duel.
Blade chuckled. "Let me see your hand... well, If you had used double summon, you could have brought Zanji out, and then attacked with him, following up with Nisashi. You hmay have lost points with Zanji, but he destroys any monster after calculation. It takes blood to deal blood, son. That's one of the samurai codes, my boy."

"If I learn the codes, can I be as strong as you?" HE asked with hopeful eyes.

"Even better." Blade assured. "Now, your mother's waiting for you, run along.:
Riku nodded, running away.

Blade stretched, and took a look around, hungry for ramen all of a sudden, and went to the nearest place he could think of

Ashley smiled and walked over to her friend Lucia "hey we need to practice with our god cards in order for us to be able to control their power so why dont we duel each other for practice" Ashley said activating her duel disk.

Lucia stared at her, and nodded slowly. "That sounds far out, m an. I can totattly feel the love." Lucia said, with a yawn, and activated her rainbow colored duel disk. "Right... let's duel, sister!" She said lazily. cricking her neck to keep herself awake, shuffling her deck before the fight began.

"Allright, then." Lucia said, drawing her first five, and then a sixth.
"Allright man, let's have some fun! I'll summon Defense Fairy in defense mode.(DEF: 1000) Dancing fairy is all about making love, not war. Every turn she's in defense mode, I gain 1000 life points. Groovy, right?

Ashley smirked as she drew her hand "nothing I can summon first turn but I can do this I activate future fusion and send two cyber dragons from my deck to the graveyard and in two turns I can bring out Cyber Twin Dragon. I'll end my turn with three facedowns" Ashley said

"Woha, that's tottaly... mellow, man. Just not in a good way bro. My move.
I gain the righteous 1000 life points from defense fairy. You got two spell cards coming your way: First, Burden of the mighty. Any monster you pull out on the field, gets it's attack cut by 100 x it's own level. The man can be harsh, can't he?"

"To further protest the wickedness, I think I'll halt all production the man is trying to force our throats, and swords of revealling light is just the way to do it. Now, your monsters cannot attack for 3 turns. Groovy man. Now, I think I'll switch defense fairy into attack mode, and strike out! (ATK: 1700)

That'll end my turn for now.

"Roghteous monsters, dude." Lucia complimented, drawing. "Right, I'll activate Mokey Mokey Smackdown. Then, I'llget rid it, swords of revealing Light, and Level Limit Area B to call out my main man: Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder!"

There was a fierce clap of thunder, followed by lightning, and Hamon appeared (ATK: 4000)

"Okay Bro, I'll Attack that Gyroid with Hamon." He said, then her eyes widened, and flicked Dark Bribe as MAgical Arm Shield activated. "Close call sis, DArk Bribe Negates a spell or trap, and destroys it. YOu do gain one card. What's the point though? I also attack with Dancing fairy, destroying Gyroid. With burden of the mighty, it lost 300 atk points. 3300 with hamon, 1000n with dancing fairy. That's game." She yawned.

Gregory
"Hey old man, give us your cards," A teenage boy said to Gregory. Not that the boy was a real threat but Gregory didn't feel like dealing with this shit today.
"Beat me in a duel and you can have them," he responded, knowing full well he would win in his first turn.
"DEAL!" The kid said activating his ancient duel disk. "You can go first pops."
"You will regret that," Gregory said drawing his first hand and nodding; he would win this duel this turn. Two pot of Greeds, Exodia, Graceful Charity, and two hand destructions.
"First I activate two Pot of Greeds drawing four cards. Next I activate my third Pot of Greed that I just drew. Then I activate Graceful Charity drawing three cards and sending two to the graveyard. I send two Good Goblin Housekeepings. I activate the Graceful Charity I just drew to draw three more cards, then discard a Reload and Magical Mallet. I win kid," Gregory said showing his hand to the boy. There lay all five pieces of Exodia.
"BUt," The boy cried in terror, "I didn't even get to go yet..." He spun around and ran away down the nearby alley.
"Ya, I know. Now scram before I show you what real duelists do to twerps like you!" Gregory yelled after the boy.

Grim Shadow looked at his fellow Corrupted and held up his hand. "I have an announcement. You may know that the power of these cards are not of this world. They have also been stolen by my Elite members. I now have a mission for each and every one of you. Brothers and Sisters, I want you to go and show the world that our power will change the world. Go now, and face the world. Corrupt it with our new power." he said then looked at each one of them in the eyes.
"So you want us to wreak havoc, basically?" asked Yami as he crossed his arms.
"You may do anything that you wish, but I shall call upon your assistance once again, very soon."
"Hmph. Fine, I guess I'll go pay my father a visit." Yami said as he began to walk towards the exit to the cave.
"It seems that we've been dismissed." reponded Kasume as she followed Yami out then caught up to him. "We must practice with our newfound power, Yami." she said and Yami stopped walking as she did the same thing. Yami activated his duel disk and tuened towards her.
"Fine, but let's get this over with, quickly."

Ashley left the cave and got on her motorcycle and drove into town. She looked amongst the many people carrying duel disks “hmm who should I duel first I feel like a bit of murder” she mumbled to herself. She finally found a tall man who she knew she could easily seduce into what she liked to call a deadly duel. She walked up “hey there sexy” She said turning on the charm “how bout we go to my place and duel” she whispered in his ear. The man nodded his head and walked with her to an abandoned building, one that she used as a base of operations for her sick twisted games. She led him into a room with two sets gallows and a life point box on each side. “now here’s the deal I’ve locked the doors so you can’t leave but if you beat me in a duel you can leave but if I win the trap door beneath you falls and you will die.” She said “what’s your choice.” “doesn’t really give me much a choice so I accept” the man said placing the noose around his neck and activating his duel disk. “You can go first” Ashley said putting her noose on and activating her duel disk. “fine I’ll start by summoning Lord of D and then play flute of summoning dragon and summon to blue eyes white dragon to the field. That ends my turn. “ The man said “that’s the best you can do fine this duel just ended I activate polymerization and fuse light hex sealed fusion and two cyber dragons in order to summon Cyber End Dragon. Then I defuse them using my magic card defusion and finally sacrifice all three summoning my all powerful Egyptian God Card Obelisk the tormentor. Now I attack your lord of dragons” She shouted as the monster was destroyed with ease dropping her opponent down to twelve hundred life points. “that ends my turn” she finished. The man felt sweat dripping from his palms as he drew “I switch my dragons to defense mode and end my turn.” he said “alright this duel ends now I play back to square one and send one blue eyes back to the top of your deck now my dragon destroy his remaining dragon" she said as the mighty beast swatted his final defense. "your move and most likely your last" she sneered. "i draw" he said his voice cracking as he drew a useless card. "I end my turn" he said tears falling from his eyes knowing he had lost. Ashley smirked "now obelisk attack his life points directly and end this duel" She said as the monster struck him depeleting his life points to zero. The trap door beneath him opened and the man swung freely dead as a door nail. She left from the room as she pressed a button on her watch destroying the building and beginning her search for another opponent.

"DUEL!"
4000 - 4000
"You may go first, sir Yami." said Kasume as she bowed.
"No. You go." he responded as they drew their cards and Kasume drew her 6th. She grinned and giggled.
"You might regret that. First I shall activate Graceful Charity to draw my next three cards and discard 2 cards in my possesion." She explained as she looked over and knew exactly what to do. "Discard thy Dandylions to create 4 "Fluff" tokens. I shall also activate the magical Nightmare Steel Cage preventing you from destroying my precious tokens." Kasume said ending her turn.
"All right." Yami said as he drew his card. "I shall use my 2 Pot of Greeds to draw 4 cards with no penalty," Yami said looking at Kasume, "I shall activate Mystical Space Typhoon to get rid of the cage, and summon Decoy Dragon (300/200). Kill the token and I shall set a facedown card." Yami ended his turn and Kasume grinned.
She drew her next card and giggled. "You are an unpredictable opponent, but Yami, you are no match for me yet. I sacrifice my 3 Tokens to bring out Slifer, the Sky Dragon (5000/5000)!" Kasume exclaimed as the tokens fused into a ball of energy and was shot by a lightning bolt which formed into the Egyptian god. The power of the card began to surge through the Duel Disk and Kasume fell to one knee. "T-this power... Slifer, make it vanish." she said with a darkened tone, still being held to the ground by unknown forces.
"I activate Sakuretsu Armor-"
"It won't work." Kasume replied instantly as the evaporation around Slifer merely "tickled" it. It charged up it's beam and fired directly at the dragon instantly vaporizing it.
4000 - 0000
"AAAAHHHHHHH!" Yami screamed as the burst of flames engulfed him and he felt his body searing with pain, but no burns were actually visible. "They are just holograms though... right?" he thought to himself as he fell to the ground. Kasume got up after Slifer had vanished and ran over to Yami.
"Dearest Yami, are you unharmed?" she asked. All of a sudden, her darkside has vanished.
"Yeah." Yami said getting up and walking out of the cave. "First thing's first. I need to revise this deck. I haven't done so in ages."

Lucia nodded, getting on her motorcycle- The love machine, as she called it, and hummed it to life, activating the duel radar on her disk, and zoomed off to find a target that signified 'the man' He found a rich looking businessman, and tried to act normal... witch WASN'T easy.

"Hey there! You look like you could bring a far out duel to the field." She said, pointing at him. "What say we go have some duelling fun, man?" She asked.

The business man looked at her in disgust. "Why should I waste my time on a simpleton like you?" HE asked.

Lucia sighed. She didn't like acting SExy, because it tottaly was what society wanted, those horney punks, and she slowly unbottened the top button of her shirt. "Sorry there man, I felt hot all of a sudden... but you won't duel me?"

"um...perhaps I can reconsider..."

"Great, follow me to a park." She winked, and led him to a nearby park.

As they were walking, a sudden chain burst from the ground, ensnaring the man's legs, with a needle injector at his thigh. Lucia herself kept walking, until a similar chain grabbed hers.

"Here's how it works, bro. We both have syringes to our legs, but they're different, man. In mine is a mixture of a suppresant, and a powerful amensiacc. Should I lose this duel, I won't remeber anything, and the suppresent will keep it like that. In other words, I'm yours." She winked as the man proscessed her words.

"You'res, however, has a combination of rat poision, various drugs, and Ryporox... you know, stuff the man uses to keep society down. You lose, this is injected into your leg. You probably won't last for a minute. Let's duel."

"I'll activate Valhalla, hall of the slain. Once per turn, if I don't have any monsters on the field, I can special summon any fairy type monster from my hand. What better way to start this with Happy Lover in attack mode? (ATK: 800) Tottaly Rightous, right? Neck, I'll summon Mokey Mokey in Attack Modey-Modey (ATK: 300) Then I'll throw down a couple of chill down's, and that's it."

"I'll summon Swords man of landstar in attack mode (1500) and I'll attack that mokey mokey."

:You're attack will not stand, man. I'll activate the trap carm human mave tactic. When a monster is destroyed, I can summon a level 2 or lower monster from my hand. and I think Mokey Mokey wants to play again."

LP: 2800

"IT's my move, and I'll summon Mokey Mokey number 3 in attack modey modey. YOu see, man, this is life? The big man takes the small men, and more rise up in rebellion. I'll activate my face down: Mokey- Mokey smackdown... now, where was I? Oh right, I was ordering happy lover to attack that Swordsman of Landstar."

"Huh? I knew it! You ARE HIGH" Landstar has more attack points. 1 card face down."

Happy Lover bit the dust by a counter attack (LP: 2100)

"Ah, you've gone and ruined all the love. That will not stand, brother."

The mokey mokey's were looking to where Happy Lover was, in shock. "Mokey? Mokey?... MOKEY-MOKEY!" They began to shout, and turned a dark red, fuming in anger.

"See? You've gone and angered them! When a fairy type monster attacks, Mokey Mokey's attack becomes 3000. Far out, right? Now, Mokey Mokey, attack that landstar."

"Negate attack!" The man called out, his trap activating.

"Allright, chill, then man keeping us down... oh well, thanks to human wave tactics, I can summon another happy lover!"

"Draw, and I'll attack that mokey mokey. That ends my turn."

(LP: 1900)

"Right, I'll use pot of greed, and draw two cards. I'll set three continous spell cards on the field, and Special summon Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder!"

The three he placed dissapeared, and the sacred beast entered the field.

"Right, happy lover, attack that landstar! whoop... you've made mokey mokey mad, and he'll repay that Landstar... then it's my main man Hamon for the kill!"

HAmon gave out a war, and slammed the business man. (LP:0)

Lucia stepped free from her chains. "Tell the man downstairs I said what up, okay bro? Oh, and my injector? Nothing but water " She asked.

"What...WHAT! A sacred beast? I lose... no...no NOOOO!!!!!" THe man said as the injector pierced his legs. After Two Minutes of Loud, Blood Curling screams, he collapsed as enternal sleep washed over him.

Lucia gave a slight laugh, took the mans deck, and used the cards to make a circle around him. She then grabbed a match, and lit them on fiire, before walking away with a slight shrug, and got on her motor bike, dashing away.

Selina rushes through the musky cave that she didn't even knew existed until now. She was late enough already, and she wanted this great power she was promised. There was no way she was skipping out on such an offer. “If I’m lucky, this power will give me the attention I seek. That I desire.” She thought as she cautiously moved about in the cave. When she reached her goal and found the place to be Selina let out a big sigh of relief. "I'm so sorry I'm late." She said to the dark haired man. Selina noticed the Winged Dragon of Ra card on the table in front of her. "Sir, is..is that my card?" she asked him. She heart raced to see what his response would be. "The Winged Dragon of Ra is one of the strongest monsters in the game. With it I'll finally get my parents and all those people to realized I exist. Ra, will you be the one to assist me?"

Grim nodded and let the girl take her card. "Now go and adjust yourself to this new power."

Yami finally arrived at his fathers workplace and his home, Kaiba Corp. He despised the place and all of the greed. "I'll free you all... and erase everything..." Yami thought as he entered the building.

Kasume made it back to her house. It was a dark place with blood red curtains that covered the windows at all times. "I'll search for my prey here." she went on to her laptop and began searching via Kaiba Corp Sattelite Systems for local Duelsits and began researching their deck types.

Yami made it up to his Father's Office and opened the door. His father turned around and smirked. "Well, Neji. What are you doing here at so late a time?" he asked with evil intentions.
Yami activated his duel disk and felt a dark power overcome his body. "I'm going to erase everything." he said looking down. He had a glowing purple aura around him and it grew in size the more corrupt he became. "I'll erase EVERYTHING!" he shouted and surprised his Father.
"Welll then," he responded activating a Duel Desk and having his guards stand back, "Let's see how much pain you can take then."
"DUEL!" they shouted simultaneously.
Yami drew his cards and laughed. "I shall set a monster in defense position and place 1 card face down."
"Hmph. Going on the defence? You were just blabbing about erasing everything." his Father responded as he drew his cards. "I'll summon Vorse Raider (1900/1200) and attack your monster." the face down flipped up and revealed itself to be The White Stone of Legend.
"By sending it to the graveyard, I can now put a Blue Eyes form my deck into my hand." Yami explained.
"Not that it will help you. You can't possibly summon it with no monsters on the field. I end my turn." his Father said and Yami drew his next card.
"I'll place 2 cards face down and set a monster in defense position."
"Going on the defense again?" his Father asked as he drew his card, "I'll offer my Vorse Raider to summon Nine-Tailed Fox (2200/2000). Now I will destroy your defense monster and place a card face down. Make your final move, Neji." his Father said and Yami drew his winning card.
"I'll activate a mystical Space Typhoon on your face down then use Monster Reborn on my Lord of D. (1200/1100). I'll now use Flute of summoning Dragon as well to summon 2 Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my hand to the field (3000/2500). Now Blue-Eyes, destroy his Nine-Tails (-800),"
"Hah hah, you are naive. Now that it is destroyed I can special summon 2 Fox Tokens (0/0) in defence mode."
"I'll just attack them then and destroy them." Yami said and ended his turn.
4000 - 3200
"Hmph. I'll set a card face down and set a monster in defence position."
"Going on the defence? I'll now show you the true force of my dragons! I'll open the overlay network with my 2 Blue-Eyes to create Thunder-End Dragon (3000/2500)!"
"But it's the exact same as Blue Eyes." his Father responded, and Yami just grinned.
"Thunder-End Dragon! Activate your ability! By removing an overlay unti I can destroy all other monsters on the field."
"What?!" his Father shouted as Thunder-End Dragon roared and thunder struck down from the cieling and destroyed all the other monsters.
"Now I'll summon Decoy Dragon (300/200) and activate my other Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your only defense. I'll attack you and win, Father." Yami said as the aura around him began to grow in power. As Thunder-End Dragon attacked his Father, a large strike of lightning hit the building and ended the duel before Decoy Dragon could get it's attack in.
4000 - 200 (Score before power outage)
His Father sat there in a daze, then laughed. "Take him away." he said poiting at his son and the guards ran and grabbed him so he couldn't move.
"Fuck you! I'll get you, Father!" he shouted as the guards drug him out of the room.
