The events that followed him getting smashed into the cars had happened in the blink of an eye. Once he regained all his composer he noticed that Romeo had taken off Psycho's mask. His face was one of pain and abuse it was hard for him to look at it. Just as quick as the mask was taken off Psycho had disappeared but not without creating the most chaos Dustin had ever seen in his life. The scream that he heard from Psycho mixed with the agonizing screams of women, men, and child inside and outside of the mall. His body was impaled with glass and other debris but that was nothing that he could handle it was the screams. Because of his mutation he had extra sensitive hearing and could hear the pain in every part of the screams of the people. He could hear the fear of death and the want to continue life in the voices of the people which was causing his brain to throb. He fell to his knees in pain holding his head as the loud noise began to hurt his ears.

Just then something inside Dustin's brain had snapped and he was overcome by rage. This rage was something that he had never felt before in his life it had taken control so fast and there was nothing he could do to stop it. Letting out a roar of his own he stood and you could see the complete rage in his eyes. He was slowly losing control of himself and he knew it. He had to get out of there and quick before he did something he would regret. Looking over at his friends as they regrouped together a single tear fell from his eye. Then he ran as fast as he could until the mall was nothing but a speck in the distance.
