As the pieces of ship wached ever closer to his ship Vincent looked closer, and heard the cry of a woman among the wreckage. Leaning over the edge, one hand bracing against the railing of the ship, he spotd the source of the voice, a young woman, clinging with the last of her strength to a part of what he guessed was the ship she'd been on. Just as he was about to call out for someone to get her out of the water he heard a soft thud, and turning back he watched as a woman with a magnificent looking sword, an obvious treasure, appeared on the deck of his ship.

"Allan, take her below and see she is well taken care of. Johnson, get that one out of the water, she looks ill! Move along, we don't have much time here!" Vincent roars.

Allan, a tall, fair man gives a salute, then gently lifts the girl with the sword into his arms and carried her below deck. This massive ship has four levels, and the second from the top is the housing area where all the crew sleeps and lives and such. Alan carries her to this level and brings her to a bed, then calls over Rebecca, an elderly woman, and the nurse on the ship, who hurries over and begins to tend to any injuries the girl might have.

Back above on the deck Vincent watches as a few men ready to drag the other girl out of the water. They secure a line to the railing, then one of them ties this around his waist and dives into the water. Quickly he swims over to her and helps her over to the side of the ship, then together they get her up out of the water. "Don't worry miss, you're in good hands now." Vincent says, walking over to her. "We'll take care of you, can you stand up?"

"All hands accounted for captain!" Johnson calls out, though he is facing away from Vincent. "The ship has taken a beating, but no serious damage, and with few supplies lost. However, I suggest we make port as soon as possible to take a better look." Realizing he isn't looking in the right direction he turns around until he faces Vincent, then laughs a little. "Also, we should let the women get some proper rest. No use keeping them afloat should the weather prove to turn ill once more."

"Very well, thank you Johnson. Find us some dry land and we'll dock for a few days." Vincent says, shaking his head. "After that storm, we could all use a good rest."
