Cliff's eyes were closed no need to use them when he can't see, he senses Meiro's movements ever so slightly down the hall. Two forces were approaching fast from generally the same direction, Cliff kicks off the wall and slides across the now dampened floor with ease. The slash barely missed him and had dissapated but Meiro was still coming towards him. He braces himself estimating the exact angle Meiro was approaching at he gets closer to the ground and blindly flicks a needle into the mist directly where he predicted Meiro to be.
