Kou had been laying against a small tree, dozing off. All of a sudden some guys came over to her, and since she was a light sleeper, she opened her eyes as soon as they walked up, "um, is there anything you need?" she asked sitting up. "let's battle" the taller guy said, more of a statement then a question. "n-no thank you, I don't really fight" she said, standing up. "It wasn't a question little girl" he said, the other guy smirking. "I don't want to though" she said, knowing that she had better find someway of getting out of there before she was forced to fight again, she had just gotten healed from her last battle and was still a little weak, even for her. The other guy suddenly launched himself at her, ready to hit her, but she started running. Kou tripped over a rock, spraining her ankle in the process, luckily there were some bushes nearby. She crawled into the bushes, biting her lip, trying to distract herself from her ankle. The two guys that was chasing her came over to there, not seeing her anywhere. They looked behind the bushes to, not noticing the purple hair in the middle, then went away. Kou sighed in relief and crawled over to the nearby tree and began looking at her ankle. She tried to stand up, but since she wasn't very good with pain to begin with, ended up just falling back down. Crawling back over to the tree she figured she'd just wait there until her ankle was well enough to at least limp back into the city. All of a sudden her stomach growled, that was when she realized that she hadn't ate all day. She groaned and fell onto the grass on her back, staring at the clouds.
