Christian found himself sitting there reading the book. Then he came across the name Khia. As if he was waiting for it, the cat meowed and tapped the book with his paws. Christian raised an eyebrow and chuckled. "You're a smart one. Ok if you want your name to be Khia, that's fine with me." he said scratching the cats head. He purred quietly, flickering his ears. The teen sighed, "You think I can get used to this whole.. vampire thing?" he asked Khia who answered by waving his tail. Christian forced on a small smile. "Yeah.. probably. Well at least I hope." he said getting up to put the book back. "Well you seem like you know the place well. Why dont you show me around?" he asked looking down.
The cat meowed and headed towards the door. Without a moment of hesitation Christian followed. When he opened the door he was surprised to see a group of people run past him. "Ok.... then." he said confused. Khia hissed quietly before moving on.
