Kain got up and stretched. Ok, maybe this whole "listening to conversation" wasnt helping. Turning the volume up on his mp3 player, he headed upstairs quietly. He can hear Unity yelling, and one of the Andersons trying to calm her down. Advoiding anyone who was wandering in the halls, he found his window once more. Being outside would be nice.... he's been indoors way too long.
He opened the window, and reached for the nearest branch, before jumping out the window. He hung onto the branch with both hands before swinging himself up. This was getting easier everyday. Kain climbed up a bit higher before finally taking a seat. From here he can see the buildings and streets. Why did this orphanage feel like a prison. Putting his hands behind his head, he relaxed more and closed his eyes.
