Kendall flashed a quick smile at Relena, as a way to confirm that he wasn't going to try anything funny. Then he looked down at the letter in his hand; reading it over again he could understand it now. It was telling him not to give up; but fight back...right?

Suri was just so releaved that Kendall had finally changed his mind she edged closer to him and sat on the arm rest beside him, wishing to feel his warmth.

"Who is that from?" She asked curious, pointing at the little piece of ivory paper in his hand.

"A secret admirer. Wish I knew who. I've been trying to figure it out but..." He looked at his sister now with a questioning gaze, "Do you know anyone I've met from before?"

"No. If you had you wouldn't have told me, another thing I didn't like about you was that you always kept me out, you always kept secrets from me. When I wiped your memories it wasn't like I could pick and choose, I'm sorry."

Her expression saddened and she looked away, feeling awfully guilty for she had taken his whole life away. His memories, dreams and even his heart. If he loved someone well, now he would never remember who that person was, never remember the feeling of love or the hope it gave him to be free.

"Aw 'c mon don't cry it's okay. I think it's better if I didn't know anyways. Makes it more fun." He wove an arm around his sibling's waist and embraced her warmly. In doing so he got an oddly, comforting feeling calm himself.

"Thank you." She hugged him back and immidiately noticed the way he seemed to relax. Smiling warmly she snuggled into his chest, welcoming the hug. The body remembers what the mind forgets... It's true.
