Ethan nodded at the Directors remark, he watched the guards struggle with Eve, a sly smile on his face, "She has her moments," he replied, watching her kick a guard in a sensitive region. The Director moved to stand beside him, his darkened features serious, "Does she know where the others are?"

"I highly doubt it, she only talked to one of them,"

"She could still know.." the Director didn't sound pleased, he placed his hands behind his back and watched Eve, "I would have preferred to have one of the others, what about the Watcher child?' Ethan shrugged, remembering seeing the boy leaving the ferry, "What about him? He got away, the Pusher grabbed him first, then the others."

The two were silent as they watched the fight with Eve slowly die down, a doctor managed to stick her in the arm, Ethan winced, wishing that they would be gentler with her, the Director noticed his expression and smiled, "Don't worry, they wont kill her, though she will wish she was dead," he turned to leave the observation room, Ethan caught the man's arm, "If she dies you will regret it," the man just looked at him, and nodded before leaving.

He walked into the white walled room carrying a tray with a single cup on it, as he stood beside the hospital bed he looked down at Evelyn. She was curled up on her side, shaking, with a fever most likely the medicine could do that to people. "Eve..." he said softly pulling a chair up and sat with his back to the large viewing window, "I didn't mean for you to have to go thru this..." he looked down at the cup of water in his hands, "You want some water? I promise there is nothing in it.."
