"I guess so," Is what Sophia gave River for an answer for his invitation.
The thought of murder freaked her out. She admired River for being calm and positive even if he lost his father in a wrong way.
"It was just a hunch... you... you looked sad. As if you were still mourning, so I just figured it could be a reason," She lied. She wasn't about to open her dirty laundries to someone she just met, let alone a guy she could be crushing on.
She found a pebble and decided to kick it then tried to change the topic, "By the way I'm new here. Is there anything I should know about the place?" She grinned and caught a lady bug nestling on a sunflower. She knelt, leaned and tried to capture it's beauty a few feet away with her camera.
"Sorry, just couldn't let nature's beauty pass by just like that." Sophia apologized on her actions.
"Do you think the ceremony is starting already? Do you think we should head back?" Her brown hair shined as the sun hit it.
