"The campus does seem pretty nice," Vinh said, looking at the entertainment district the 3's were currently praising. Dull faced teenagers sat on the sidewalk outside of a flashing arcade, slurping soda, as a hobby game shop across from it boomed with silence. Further down, a few old people strolled into what looked to be a dollar theater. Not exactly Vinh's type of place, he thought, trying to spot a bar, but he could deal with it.

"Thinking of going for a nice balance of physical education, personal relations, physical and computer science classes," Vinh said, beaming. "You've got to be good at pretty much everything to make it here, so I'm gonna fill my plate and sniff around for low hanging fruit, if you know what I mean. How 'bout you?"

Vinh noticed, from the corner of his eye, a hurried couple; boy and girl. The older boy seemed to dote over the younger girl, and Vinh blinked in curiosity. Were they dating, or something? These people moved fast, faster than he did. He laughed inside, noting that he still had quite a bit to learn.
