Hanako had been home with her little sister for a while now. Both of her parents were out of town for a business meeting. She always admired how they did everything together. Back when Jon was too young to watch them, their mom had to stay with them when their dad left. Even so, she still talked to him every night, as if he were here. Now that Jon was old enough, he could watch the two of them without any problems.. Even though he wasn't doing such a good job with that now. Her grandmother was home, but she was cooler than her parents. She didn't really care what they did, unless it could bring harm to them. Hanako often talked to her grandmother about things more than anybody else in the house.

"Yeah, yeah." Hanako said, laying on the couch with her favorite things, a magazine, the phone and her favorite pair of socks. Her feet were in the air as she talked to her best friend on the phone, but she wasn't paying much attention to the magazine. "I found a whole bunch of porno under his bed. He claims he doesn't know where he got it from, but now he owes me for the mental scars he gave me. He's such a pain in the ass."
She paused as she listened to her friend talk, and then giggled. "It's kind of like that, I guess."

Suddenly, Chika rushed into the room. "Hanako!" She said, "Help me with my homework!"

Hanako made an annoyed sound with her tongue. "Tsk. I'll call you back Ana.. Okay.. Okay.." A pause and a giggle, and then, "Okay, bye." She hung up the phone and rested it beside her, sitting up now. "What do you need help with?"

"Nothing." Chika said, picking up the phone, "I just needed you to get your big butt off of the phone. My homework's done. So are my chores. Bye-bye!" Chika said, leaving the room, she started to dial a number.

Hanako stood there in shock. Her little sister just tricked her into getting off of the phone. She made a mental note to avenge her for that, and reached for the remote. She noticed her cellphone lighting up.

Three new messages.

Picking it up, she muttered, "Seriously?" Hanako replied to all of the messages in two minutes, Ren's was last.

You think so? We actually hate each others guts. ^^" Didn't you hear how I talked to the small one today? And he did. I dragged him in there as payback for finding magazines in his room. >.>
