“S-Seriously?” Ren looked down at the menu with a laugh—he would still be getting what he was planning on ordering in the first place. “Thanks…but I think I’m sticking to the coffee jelly.” He leaned back in the chair and looked around the café. He had known both of the brothers’ names since he moved here but he never thought to go inside. Ren was pretty much used to eating ramen and nothing else. “So how have you two been?”

Ren noticed both of the girls staring down Danielle and asking her questions, one of which was her favorite foods. “My favorite foods?” she repeated. “Oh, I like chocolate!” she answered with a smile, “and cakes too. But I hate pickles.” Ren nodded in agreement but added his own, “I’m the same, but it’s turnips for me. Hate turnips…”

Ren’s phone buzzed in his pocket again and he looked down into his lap to answer the text. Usually by now, most girls were bored with him.

But I’m sure you all secretly love each other XD And yeah, I figured it was like that…
Suddenly, the other half of the message struck Ren as funny and he stifled a laugh as he tried to reply to it wittily.
