Shin's description of Hong Kong reminded Pai-an of her native home-city of Shanghai. A bustling city that never sleeps. Where another civilization grows in the dead of night, beneath the happenings of the regular citizen. The concepts of each city were akin but the inner mechanics were unique to each, the mechanics ticking away at their gears moving in ways that moved not simultaneously.

"I suppose I won't have to wait long for that experience." The Hong Kong harbor was only a small distance away, the captain of the boat bringing her in steady. The breeze was pleasant, but the much to familiar sent of city smog irritated Pai-an's nose. The island's air was always so fresh and clean. Such a shame it was to trade it back in for steal, soot, and exhaust.

Pai-an looked back in the direction of the harbor. It wouldn't be more then two hours when they reach the harbor. She scanned Shin's attire. "I think," she started off slowly, "that it is an appropriate time to make a change of clothing. We would look odd in a city wouldn't we?" Pai-an tugged at her robe. There was a change in clothing waiting for her in her cabin, along with a few personals.
