With the sky already clouding and the sun setting, Heath sat staring out fo the window at his quarters. His left foot was placed on his seat so his arm could rest on his knee. The expression on his face was one of dullness and boredom. Not before had he felt this empty and he blamed it all on the inactivity of his staff. The only thing they did these days was running about, telling him not to go on with this 'useless' war, for which he would reprimand them. Because wasn't it his brother's fault that his sister had died?

He liked to think so.

And to him the war had his purposes, which made it useful and made him more determined not to stop and to continue the fight. The alarm sounded, the signal of an intruder. He immediately rose from his chair and walked over to the window, resting his hands on the window pane as he glimpsed outside. There he found someone running his way.
