Like any formal princess would, Neveah gingerly took Ingis' hand, which was much warmer than hers. Her mind started to wander. What kind of person was the man standing before her? Who was she going to spend eternity with? He seemed like quite the gentleman, but also a bit like a goofball. 'I wonder... what he thinks of me..?'

"I'm sorry.." Ignus said suddenly. Neveah looked in to his eyes, and opened her mouth to speak, but there was nothing she had to say. "I know I'm most likely not your first choice in a husband but I hope I can make you happy."

Neveah thought for a moment, in search of the right words. "Ingis, we've only just met. There's no reason for apologies. And like I said before, I don't even know anyone else, so I can't possibly have a preference."

"If you wouldn't mind, could you take me to the castle gardens?" Neveah said. She remembered seeing a fence when she first arrived, and trees beyond it.
