"i don't know check the fridge, this is the first time i've been here." Kali said casually as she went to the bathroom, changed into a bathing suit top and shorts then walked out and into the kitchen.
"and don't act like im gonna jump your bones, one demon cant enjoy another demons company without it being more than..." she trailed off as she leaned up close enough to him that she could feel his breath on her cheek and was looking into his eyes.
"....friendly?" she finished as she dropped back to her feet with a laugh and a twirl away before she got into the fridge. she was teasing him, and enjoying the hell out of it. she pulled a Sprite out of the fridge and tossed it to him. Out of no where a phone on the counter vibrated.
"hey cool i have a cell phone!" she said with a grin.
"hello, Calver Morgue, you stab 'em we slab 'em" Kali said with a wicked grin.
"Kali, its Jermey..."
"who?" Kali asked then remembered the boy from earlier.
"Oh right...guy..from the...coffee shop?" she said turning her back to Garret with a roll of her eyes
"ya...can we go out tonight?" he asked.
"sure...pick me up at 11." she said then rattled off her address. she didn't wait for his reply before she hung up.
"ready?" she asked as she went towards the door.
