Hiro was pretty sure that this was the kind of conversation that his father had had in his head when he had sent him off to the ball. What else could have explained the look of supreme bliss on his face? That cocky, mischevious smile, that sparkle in his eyes? No, his father had definately had known.

Not that Hiro had a problem with it, he just wished that his father had told him before he went to the ball. So, here he was, standing in the middle of the ballroom, right when the announcer annouced the people to go the middle of the room. Hiro could imagine his father laughing at the look on his face, if he could see it. His face was masked by a simple silver mask, accompanied by a simpe black suit. Black wasn't really his color, but when his father had sent him off to the ball, his reasoning for it had been for Hiro to sing. Hiro had thought that he was here on business, not for pleasure.

Well, I suppose you could call it for business... Hiro thought to himself as he waited to hear who his future wife would be.
