Jared was fixated on the wall when John walked in and started talking. Jared broke his concentration and looked over at the big man. "Yeah, I'm all right. First time up. You know, no amount of training can prepare you for the real thing. Too bad we're not allowed to drink up here," he said with a slight smile. "I just need to relax for a bit. Felt a little claustrophobic strapped in like that. Just needed a little space to stretch out," he replied as he glanced down at the table as his hands shook slightly.
