Alge and Hero listened as Amanda and Ryuho debated on splitting the souls they would acquire in Florida. Algernon speculated on the topic while leaning back against the wall next to the mission board. Hero bounced up and down and everywhere, asking other students about their missions and how well they thought they would do on their missions. Algernon had to grab him by the collar of his shirt to keep him from following a couple of students too far down the hallway.

"I agree," he said after a short pause, "that sounds the most fair to me." He shrugged while speaking, it was mostly up to the Weapons, he believed, they would be the ones eating the souls.
"Yeah, but we'll have to make it a contest to see who gets more souls!" Hero said excitedly, bouncing up between Alge and the other team.
"No," Alge said with a sigh, "we'll have enough of a challenge since this is our first mission. It's best to go at our own pace instead of challenging our teammates to a race for souls." On the one hand, this was a correct statement, the team didn't know the strengths or weaknesses of their opponents yet so the challenge of beating their foes could very well be a difficult one. On the other hand a race for souls would push both pairs further, which could lead to greater success, or utter failure. Algernon looked to Amanda and Ryuho. "What do you guys think?"
