Victor was bothered by the man that was walking towards him. He seemed to have a weird way about handling himself. As if the world could all burn and he would still sit there and drink his coffee. He liked that. It was... he couldn't believe he was saying this, but intriguing. Good evening young sir, and what find business brings you to San Francisco's International Airport? Looking for a flight? Well most of them are cancelled, due to entire flight crews are now traveling on the River Styx. However you can still have some complementary peanuts, I'm sure you can find some in some of those planes. Victor had to laugh a little at the joke. This man was quite funny, even if the humor was quite sadistic. He shook his head though, and was going to speak but was bantered with another question.
Just a random question, but young sir, why is it that when my eyes look upon your body, I don't sense a person. Not that I'm saying you're not human it's just, when I look at you I see... Have you ever looked at an Iron Maiden before? When a person is entrapped within a case which is shaped like a body... I get the same feeling when looking at you... Am I wrong to believe so?" Victor's eyes widened. He couldn't believe someone could see through his skin. It couldn't be possible. How can you see me?! He wanted to scream at the man, but he bit his tongue, restraining himself. When he mentioned 'Iron Maiden' Victor got slightly confused, believing that to be a metal band from the 70s.
No matter though... Do you wish to join the group I am in? If you haven't noticed the majority of the people who were living in San Francisco are dead, and we are responsible for this. Seeing as you are an interesting case I believed that you would wish to join us... Am I also wrong in this? You will be paid handsomely of course, and another bonus is that we won't need to kill you... Now that is a great deal now isn't it? My name is Christian Cassidy by the way... Follow if you wish." Victor gaped at him for a while. This so called man named Christian Cassidy wanted to recruit him? As a weapon? The idea repulsed him and compelled him at the same time. The idea of destroying things was terrible, yet... He had wanted to know who destroyed the city, and here they were. In reality, they were his heroes. And they wouldn't know it. Cause Victor didn't plan on telling them. Cause with his luck they would kill him anyway. Besides, he didn't want them to know about his skin. They would laugh, and he would be forced to act. Or they would blackmail him if they knew how much he hated it. He thought for a bit, and then said something as Christian walked away.
"I will join you. To destroy things. But don't ask about my skin, okay?" The last part of his sentense came out quite shakey, as he was filled with resentment and self loathing. "Or I will melt you alive."
